This place is horrible. I've lived her for nearly two years. The buildings are old, and need serious work, and the Boardwalk employee's are rude, and incapable of replacing things as they become faulty.(I know this one isn't Boardwalk's fault, but if you've got kids, hopefully this will make you think twice.) The neighborhood is decent, except for the fact that the parents don't care about their kids enough to supervise and PARENT their kids. They let their children run free, with whatever they want to do. There have been numerous occasions where a small child has been rude or profound towards me. All I do is go to school, go to work and that's it.Another gripe I've got is that no one heeds the road signs. Lothian Mews is technically a 1 way street, being that the northern most connection of it to Murphy Cres. can't be accessed from southbound traffic. One. Way. Street. There are also signs posted that there's no parking on either side of the street, though no one follows that.

A few weeks ago my furnace stopped working over night. Woke up to a very cold home. Contacted Boardwalk and they had a Plumbing & Heating company out that morning. I had heat by the afternoon.

We lived in one of these townhouses for a year. They served the purpose. But need some renovating done to keep up.

I lived here for 12 years. Raised my 4 kids at The Meadows. We had a great experience. The ladies in the office were top notch and always made sure we were taken care of! Thanks for everything!

When we lived here for 1 and a half years we were always disturbed by the people around us and we hot our car mirror smashed in by a neighbor. We have had to put in to many complaints with is why I do not recommend this

I will be a new tenant here, but Maria has been amazing and so accommodating!! She has went above and beyond to try to find a home for myself and children! a huge thanks to her! Without her, we wouldn't be starting fresh!
