Very pleasant technician.Explained the process with a walk through of the rugs to be done and looked at problem areas.Afterwards, he gave me booties to do a walk around with him to check the rugs he had cleaned to make sure I was happy with his work.Highly recommend

We are extremely impressed and happy with the work done by PCS. From the initial consultation with Stacey to the work completed by John we couldn’t have asked for a more thorough and professional company to not only clean and remove stains on our Berber carpet, but to repair, our carpet in three places. Everything was completed meticulously, and we are thrilled with the results. I always research any company before committing to their services, and PCS was highly recommended by many people. My experience with PCS of Niagara was great from start to finish. Beginning with my on-site quote provided by Stacey to the cleaning services provided by Andrew, they were professional, punctual, responsive, and friendly. I had tile grout cleaning done as well as carpet steam cleaning and both services turned out great. I have used PCS cleaning services in the past and I will continue to use them for my future cleaning needs.

Jason from PCS cleaned my tile grout and carpets and everything turned out great! Jason was polite, professional, friendly & efficient. My flooring grout looks like new and my carpets are refreshed & revived. I am very happy with the outcome. I will definitely be using the service again in future! :)

Thank you for removing the water spots and dirt from my white couch.John the tech was very professional and explained the entire cleaning process during the visit. He took care to move my other furniture out of the way to ensure nothing would be damaged. I would highly recommend hiring PCS and look forward to using your services again in the future.
