Alex made the purchase of our first home possible. We were a runner-up and received notification just days before Christmas in 2020 that the first offer had fallen through and we were getting the house. The inspection found some serious issues and Alex helped navigate getting enough money to cover the mortgage and serious repairs, even during the holidays. He got the rate I wanted, with the amortization schedule I wanted, and made sure I didn't have to pay CMHC fees with my 20% deposit, knowing that was a deal breaker for me. Hiring a mortgage broker is the best decision you'll make in the purchase of a home and I'm happy Margaret Craig referred him for us.
