Poor service. Employees too busy smokingRight outside the store to help you. Also try to push expensive sales when you told themThat anything above a certain price was out of the question. It’s about what the customer wants, not forcing them to spend more than needed.

Store personnel Taylor was extremely helpful and gave full attention and focus to my individual needs. Went to buy just Rayban, ended up buying Gucci n Versace as well. Five stars for her service.

I recently purchased sunglasses at the Sunglass Hut in Kanata. I had excellent service, wonderful quick courteous help from a knowledgeable efficient employee. The price was competitive. I will go back!

I love my glasses and was extremely upset when they fell on the concrete and got damaged. Glasses replaced with a 50% discount, no questions asked! I am so happy I am a client at this store, I can't even say!

Sam the sales associate was so attentive and helpful to my whole shopping experience. He was knowledgeable with all the styles I had asked to see and was able to show me many styles of sunglasses he had in stock. He even went the extra mile in cleaning and sanitizing my glasses. I give his service 10/10 and am very happy with my purchase!
