WOW....where do i start !? A review is clearly not enough to thank Mattew Hynes . From the time that my wife and I met Matthew we always felt that he was our friend. He was able to really understand what we were looking for in a house and only show us the best possible matches.We are happy to say that we have found our perfect home thanks to Matthew , and he didn't even have to pay us to say this :-) Thanks again Matthew for helping us find a home.

Mathew hynes, unpleasant, rude and insulting. We were one of the first to look at one of his rentals. We expressed that we would like to take the place. He told us he would do a credit and background check in a week at 40$ a person. No problem for us. When the date came around to sign papers for the check he never contacted us. So I called to see if everything was moving forward. He returned my phone call by saying yes Alex u called what? When asked what was going on with the apartment,I was told by Mathew hynes look I'm not here to make friends and people came after you with more money and government jobs". Is this remax policies? Rentals go to whoever has the largest bank account with a government job? I'm no millionaire but the years rental cost consumes roughly 18% of our yearly income so I don't see money being an issue. I don't have a government job but my work has been open since 1955 and I have been there for 13 years and my gf has been at her work for 6. So stability could not be the reason. So why couldn't we even make it to the credit check? Why were we never given a fair shot? And when I told mr hynes I found his policies to be unfair he responded with " that's not my problem" . So safe to say I will think twice about working with remax again if that is there policy but I will definitely NEVER work with Mathew hynes"

Finding a house with Matthew was nothing but a great experience ! He was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and great fun. As a first time home buyer he helped us with all of the steps along the way and was always available to take our calls and answer any and every question that we had.

What to say about Rime Doan? Professional, friendly and ever so understanding and patient! She made a difficult situation easier by helping me through the whole rental process and relaying with the landlord. She was constantly available and open. An excellent experience, I'd recommend her to anyone! Thanks Rime! ☺️

Matthew HYNES has been helping us for years with our income property. He’s professional and reliable. He’s found the most Incredible tenants for us and we couldn’t be happier. We’ve recommended him to many people and everyone gave him rave reviews. We trust him immensely and he’s always available with any question we may have. I would highly recommend MATTHEW to help with all your listings for rental or sale. He couldn’t possibly be nicer .As an owner of investment property it’s quite scary at times to find someone that will not only pay their rent on time but also treat the property with respect. Matthew has been able to find the perfect tenants for us every single time. We can’t say enough about him. 5 stars all the way
