I knew I was in good hands when I heard this from Andre, one of the managers at Georgetown Autopark. And it proved to be true: Andre and Eduardo proved to be excellent in solving my problem. I had bought a car with them, a big and beautiful Ford Escape. However, after two or three days driving it, I felt it was not good for me, due to some shoulder pain issues I have. I came back to them and asked to use the 7 days exchange guarantee. They not only received the car back, but also guided me through finding the right model for my specific problem. In the same day I left the place with a lovely Elantra, with an electric steering wheel which fit perfectly my needs. I am very grateful to them, for being honest, kind and very good professionals. I strongly recommend these guys if you want to have a good experience in buying a car.

As a newcomer to Canada, it was very good to find the Autopark Georgetown dealership. They have a great selection of used cars and the staff is always very helpful. They were very clear about the conditions of the cars and all the necessary documentations for my case to be a successful one. At the delivery, they explained all the regulations and safety procedures, specially for the winter. I feel very happy with the car I bought. Continue the great job. Excellent service.

Good dealership - I personally dealt with Eduardo and Andre. My BMW did take a few weeks to get all safety checked/repaired (I think I came in just as it arrived) but the guys came through on their word and got it all done in the end. I recommend this shop.

My father just recently purchased a car from AutoPark Georgetown. Went along with him for the test drive and to fill out all the paperwork. Mike and Eduardo were great! Very knowledgable and extremely helpful. All questions were answered. You feel welcomed from first contact right to delivery date. HIGHLY recommended dealership. Definetly not your average high pressure dealer. No hidden surprises. The car was meticulously detailed and ready for delivery/pick up. Once again, thank you guys! I purchased an SUV from Georgetown Auto in the summer. Not only were Mike, Andre and Eduardo incredibly knowledgeable, they were transparent about the entire process. While I was hesitant to buy a car for myself and young children without seeing it as I live hours away, I ended up purchasing the car from them and have absolutely zero regrets months later. They have followed up many times to make sure I was satisfied. Their customer service is not only wonderful, but their follow through, honesty and integrity in a business that often has a poor reputation is outstanding . I would absolutely purchase from them again .

Financed my first ever vehicle here back in July and brought my dad to ensure I wasn’t getting scammed. The experience was the total opposite, I had Andre as my salesman and he was exceptional, he explained everything in great detail and answered all questions I had.
