The couches are comfortable. They are extremely cozy and relaxing. Also the design is amazing. Its color is great plus it comes with small tables that go in the cup holders. Its foot rest is amazing and has a great reclining feature. I would highly recommend it.

I live in Costa Rica and I own three Elite Seats C1-M model.I am very fond of classical music, operas and movies so I use them a lot. We, my wife and I love them so much that I can not imagine having something better not only for their quality, beauty and comfort but also for their super fast, kind and professional customer service. So pleased with the look, the comfort, the service....Cynthia at Elite HTS helped in so many ways. We had a hiccup with the middleman, Cynthia and Elite stepped up to the plate and made everything right. We absolutely love the new cuddle couches and the recliners. They are exactly what we wanted and could not be happier.

Having many complex physical issues which make comfortable seating very difficult, I had Elite custom make a recliner for me more than 6 years ago. It has been wonderfully comfortable and heavily used, and eventually became less supportive. Thinking it might be possible to have it re-stuffed"

Simply the best theater chairs ever even after 16 years of use. Motor finally died and I notified the company on Sunday afternoon and received return email Monday morning. Of course it was out of warranty; however, the person that I communicated with was Tara. She informed me that the company was willing to send me a new power unit and motor without charging me. That also included shipping. I was speechless and I could not believe what a service after the sales of 16 years. Fantastic company from Canada. Again, thanks to Tara and your company that followed through the excellent service after 16 years of sales. No American company can match that!!! Looking forward receiving the parts and get the chair moving again.

Elite Theater Seating Inc. Is absolutely amazing to work with. They did a custom theater sectional for a client based on the east coast . I am based on the west coast and made the whole process seamless. The staff and Cynthia went above and beyond for me and my client. Making sure we had all the right samples, kept in constant communication as the job progressed, offered additional suggestions that where perfect for the clients needs, and delivered on time. I have had my pair of these wonderful home theater chairs since 2004. 14 years!One chair, in particular, has been heavily used and recently developed a problem.So I contacted Elite and Cynthia took care of me.Even though I was 4 years past the end of the warranty they replaced the recliner mechanism and even replaced the seat cushion because the foam was a little compressed after all those years.This was all done without charge.In summary, the chairs are fantastic and the product support is too.

We've had family visiting us over the Christmas and New Year period. Every family member, including contractors who were still working on the house, that tried the cuddle couch refused to sit on it a second time. Up until last week I sat on the cuddle couch a total of 3 times. The common complaint that everyone had is that the couch is way too comfortable. It does not encourage cuddling in the least. In fact, anyone who has sat on it for longer than 15 minutes has passed out. It is almost impossible to complete a movie whilst relaxing in the cuddle couch. Our nephews used it as a bed for 3 weeks and they said it was the best sleep they've had. We have a few lounging/sitting areas excluding the theater room and they all are extremely comfortable but the cuddle couch is the winner by far.
