We use Bayland for snow removal services and we are completely satisfied with them. Bayland advises when they’ll be coming to our house and are here in a timely manner. They even come by later in the day after the City clears the road and side walk. Bayland does an excellent job and we are very happy with the service we get. We will definitely be acquiring them next year and maybe for lawn maintenance too! Highly, highly recommended.

We used Bayland Snow removal service for the first time this year and are very pleased that we did. The driveway was always clear in the morning and was maintained throughout the day, so we never had to drive through snow in our driveway when we came home from work. It was wonderful to know that our driveway was taken care of. The notofications throughout the day were very helpful as well, always letting us know when the team will come by so we were able to move our cars. I will definitely ask for their help again next winter season. Thank you Bayland snow team!

This is our first year with Bayland for snow removal. Excellent service! We are notified by email/texts when they are coming. They provide prompt service when the 5cm snow threshold is reached and they do a second run after the snow plows pass. We will definitely use them next year and we highly recommend Bayland.

This company does an amazing job of snow removal! The tractor-snowblower gets the job done in about 2 minutes.They are great at communicating when to expect them with an email hours before and a text about 10 minutes before they arrive so that I have time to move my car.They returned a few times to tidy up during and after a snowstorm and they are AMAZING at listening to the clients and adjusting what needs to be done when asked.They are a great service at a great price and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Used Bayland for my home and tenant property, was very satisfied with service at both properties. Thanks, Bayland! I was able to sleep this year knowing both my properties were going to be looked after. I highly recommend this company. No more making calls to know/if when the plow is coming! Excellent service. I have had many Snow Removal contracts in the past and this company has far exceeded my expectations. They are extremely professional and I am very impressed at how clean they get my yard. Their employees pay great attention to detail and offer great customer service. I cannot give this company a higher rating. I will definitely be using their services in the future and would recommend this company without hesitation.

Definitely all these reviews are not real no way at all. They show up after having ended up shovelling ourselves. It seems like it’s done on purpose almost. I have been out shovelling at the same time 2 different bayland tractors are within not even a block literally and can see me shovelling and never came to do what they were paid to do for the season by my landlord. I would never recommend using this company ever. Photo is of a kind man that stopped to help with his big plow as he saw me struggling doing it by hand. He does not even work for bayland. I have tons of photos of the snow removal I did that Bayland should have.

Have been using Bayland Snow since 2020 and couldn't be happier! They have done a great job every year. We love the emails letting us know of their plan for each snowfall and then the text alert so we have time to move our vehicle if needed. We will continue to be happy customers and would highly recommend them.

This was our first year using Bayland Snow and we have been so impressed with their service. John and his team are professional and maintain excellent communication through email and text. Our driveway was always clear and the snowblower ensured that we didn't have huge mounds of snow throughout our yard. Don went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of! We will definitely recommend Bayland in the future. Thank You!

This was our first winter using bayland snow . We live on airport hill and do we ever get snow. No complaints , we will use bayland next year .
