Arthur's Executive Cleaners

I went today to pick up my shirt and pants at 5 o’clock. I’m flying out tomorrow morning at 6 am for a very important interview. My shirt was ready but my slacks weren’t even started yet. I left without my slacks telling them to just forget about, at 7 o’clock I recieved a call from them telling me the slacks were ready and that they’re going to be delivered to me tonight. I’m blown away by their customer service and them going above and beyond to get me my slacks tonight. I would recommend their services to anyone.

So I went into Arthur’s at about 4:30 or 5:00 pm to drop off some suits that were desperately needed for a funeral the next day. I explained the situation to the young lady behind the counter and she guaranteed me that they would be done in time which was noontime. I went in at 10 am since I was up that way already and bam suits done. Got them home out of the bag and they were better than they have ever been from any other cleaner I’ve used. The price was great for a less than 24 hour turn around. I want to thank everyone there for not only the great job and fast turn around but also being polite, understanding and amazing people. DO BUSINESS WITH ARTHURS KNOWING THAT THEY WILL DO YOU RIGHT 100%

Pretty good cleaner, but they misplaced one of my shirts a couple of weeks ago and it took them several days to track it down. The woman was very apologetic when she called to explain what happened, which I greatly appreciated. I was very surprised when I had pay full price for the misplaced shirt and had to drive to get it, when they deliver. They didn’t even offer to deliver the shirt to me. I wasn’t very impressed with how they handled this.

I have a love hate relationship with this place. A few years ago they lost all my stuff for a few days. They have been pretty good for the past year or so. Make sure you take advantage of the weekend shirt special. It's a 7 day turn around but a solid deal.

I have been using them for years, generally good work and fair price. Recently it seemed their prices increased alot, no notice, ok, I can blame this in Covid. Recently took sheers to have shortened, was told it would be 2 weeks, check back. I called, was told they were done, waited 3 more days before I had a chance to pick them up, when I got there I was told they weren't done and they pretty much told me there was no way I had called. Went back in in 2 more weeks, they were finally done, I was shocked when I was told the price. 6 brand new sheers, still in their package, $150, that's $25 per sheer. They didn't have to be cleaned , just hemmed, they weren't lined curtains, they were sheers. My bad for not asking for a price prior to having the work done. I will definitely not take anymore alterations to them.

Exceptional service and extra care given to my clothes! My clothes came back spots out, zipper fixed and antique 1st Communion dress looking like new. Customer service was exceptional when a button went missing the manager searched to find the perfect replacement. I highly recommend them, they teally do care!

Truly disappointed. I have gone to Arthur's Executive Cleaners on two occasions and both times I had a poor experience. The first time I sent in several items and one of my dresses was returned shrunk. Several months later I went back for the second time and brought in a trench coat that I needed cleaned for a business trip. I went in three days later, when they said it would be ready, and they could not find the coat. I was told to call the next day to find out where it was and they again did not know. They told me that they would check the rack and that I would receive a call back within the hour. Two hours later I called them because I had not heard back. Three days later I finally received a call that they had found it at one of their other locations. Ultimately, I had to buy a replacement to take with me on my trip, the coat was four days late and they still charged me full price. Very inconvenient.

Dry cleaned a suit and dress shirt. Shirt was returned with deep wrinkles near both of the shoulders and on the upper back (none of which are coming out after multiple attempts); significant fraying in places where there was previously none; a large, black smudge on the inner left collar; and the button holes being folded outward, making them both inaccessible and visually appalling. The suit coat was returned with the left lapel folded and pressed in a way that caused the lapel to shift upwards about an inch from where it was previously.
