Very friendly and helpful staff. They held a tree for me, for 2 weeks. Upon pick up, they were not happy with the condition of the tree I picked out and gave me one in better condition. They also gave me an unexpected discount. Was very pleased with the service.

I have been buying beautiful hanging flower pots from Uncle John's Greenhouse for years. This year someone stole one of my baskets from my front deck in broad daylight. When I told Uncle John's what happened they said they would replace it for me at no cost. That is the most amazing, caring, service I have ever had. Thank you Uncle John's!
