I had such a great experience inside Tokyo Smoke on Jan.29th at 330pmThe young man and 2 ladies were extremely happy to help me out by explaining and showing me the deals of the day. I have been there before and the employees always were friendly. Store is clean the shelves have beautiful accessories I bought a hat as the merchandise is top quality for my tastes!TOKYO SMOKE is the only store for me! Thankyou for making me feel like a king!

Overpriced and full of rude people with a lot of attitude. Since I have never seen a good customer interaction in this place (over many visits), I doubt that the positive reviews on here were done without incentive. To the management; don’t waste your breath on a reply. You have so many people on here saying the same thing about your rude staff that you are obviously well aware of the problem. Therefore your “call and tell us so we can fix the situation” nonsense is exactly that. Nonsense.

Came here after another dispensary I went to stay closed despite posted hours. Logan (guy with orange hat) helped me pick out some new edibles to try. Great customer service, clean store that's actually open til 11pm. Will come again.

I went in to the Oshawa store looking for CBD products and Erin was knowledgeable on all the products and was able to guide me towards a few items that I love and have been using ever since. Will for sure be back to get some more recommendations from Erin!

Tokyo Smoke in Oshawa on King St - Is a great place to shop for any cannabis product. All staff I’ve encountered at the store & those who deliver are knowledgeable, helpful, informed & have a sense of humour (so necessary amidst todays chaos). I had issues getting my account sorted out - staff were great at helping fix issue and continue to answer my many questions. As a Legally Blind person - I’m not often treated with respect by many businesses - Tokyo Smoke staff are personable & helpful while maintaining an organized business environment. 5 stars

I stood in the store while the female budtender did not acknowledge me. When the store phone rang I had browsed through the tablets until she was ready to take my order. I had a question in regards to the concentrates I was interested in. She than proceeded to go onto her personal phone. When I noticed this, I had walked out without completing my purchase. Convenience is never worth terrible customer service and an outrageous price increase. Durham region does not have good service !

You go in with no one in the store start looking at cases. One guy behind the counter. No one greets you. No one asks if you need help finding anything. Then they take care of customers that come in after you for pickups before helping you waiting at the case selections. So I Walk out. You don't want my business then I'd gladly buy my cannabis where it is cheaper anyways. Two big thumbs down for this spot.
