I'm still waiting from long time to get to the house and all the time they said don't have House available from 2017

It is an untrustworthy organization where they deal in a disorganized and haphazard manner, they and the Css organization, in these difficult times that we are going through from an economic crisis, families must be protected from disintegration due to housing problems, the federal government must take a strict decision against this organization and withdraw confidence from it because They are good at cheating and lying under the pretext that there are no housing units available, and this is intolerable.

I any time had questions those people are who to ask! They no all services in the Red Deer area added all rental policies are the same basically. I dont mind talking with them people anytime. I can find new up to date rentals there regularly each week.Again I do know the rental policies and I do know what's legal thanks

Honestly I’ve lived in low income housing for 3 years now. I was lucky enough to get in because I was struggling and alone, and barely had any money, I couldn’t find a place of my own, I couldn’t find a job, and I had a little boy and was pregnant.. they helped me when I was in need and I will always be grateful for that! Granted there are some issues, some of the places are a little bit rough, and not babygate friendly.. BUT that being said beggers can’t be choosers.. the above comments are ridiculous and probably from people who maybe did have a bad experience and I get that but you WILL NOT find another place as a single monther trying to get by where the rent is SO low and most of the utilities are paid for.. you are lucky and privileged to get a place through them EVEN if you think it’s “a dump”... yes a lot of kids in the neighbourhood run around and might be a little annoying but that doesn’t mean the parents in low income housing are bad parents! I don’t do drugs, and I’m a very great mother and very strict with my children... you can say all you want about other people but in the end it’s a reflection on who you are. Shannon and everyone on that team are VERY helpful and kind and they work hard and manage A LOT of buildings.. cut them some slack if they’re grumpy with you, it is probably because they deal with rude people all day demanding more when they give everything.. follow the rules and pay your bills on time and you won’t have any problems! I live in a beautiful home through them and I am blessed to have them help me!!

DECEITFUI PEOPLE, THE HOUSES ARE HEIP FROM THE GOVERNMENT AND THEY GIVE THEM TO THOSE WHO ONLY WANT THEM . MANY HOUSES ARE CLOSED THERE ARE NO RESIDENTS , AND THEY CLAIM THAT THERE ARE NO HOUSSES THE GOVERNMENT MUST HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE AND CHARGE ANOTHER PARTY IN THIS MATTER

Residential units have been closed for a long time, including one or more units at ((35st West park,/ Osborne St/, Overdown Dr,/ Niven St,/ Newton Crescent, ))and there are many questions why. There are priorities for giving a housing unit to a problem. But if there is a person and he fulfills the conditions, why lies and ill-treatment only? It does not exist, and it exists primarily.
