Apollo computers is run by knowledgable computer people who enjoy doing things properly so if you want good advice and service, I highly suggest them. Slightly limited selection because it's the small town of SF but they can order items in, saving you the trip to the city! Not claimed on Google and they're having issues with their website so 4/5 but honestly they're 5/5 where it counts!

I had a mixed experience with Apollo Computers. I had a problem with a DC power socket on my laptop. It tooks two months and the direct intervention of the owner, Roger, to put things right. I was politely fobbed off by employees of the shop for two months and told various contradictory stories (the part has been ordered" and "the part cannot be ordered" in the same conversation). After two months without my laptop

Went in to talk about point-to-point systems 3 weeks ago was promised that they would be available within 2 days it's been 3 weeks no phone call no follow-up tried to support local business

I can't say enough about how amazing this company is. No matter who serves you at the desk, pleasant, knowledgeable and more than fair with their prices. Their work is top notch. I have brought my laptop into them on two occasions... once, they fixed it in a day... and the second time, they fixed in 3 minutes in store. They even tried to troubleshoot over the phone. I cannot recommend this company more.

Roger and his team are great. At Christmas he even helped me source a gift through another source, because he couldn't guarantee his suppliers would have it in on time. Very knowledgeable, always great service.

I brought my laptop in for service and it was found to be too far gone to be repaired. Although , they did their very best to help me. They gave me a great deal on a rebuilt laptop at a very good price that works very nice indeed. The technicians were awesome and very helpful with me and answered all of my questions and aloud me to have a full understandingof all things I asked about. I recommend Apollo Computers for all your computer needs. Thank You so much Apollo for your help . Regards Alex
