I went to Q Nails today and was very impressed with my nails. Tiffany did an amazing job. She made sure that they weren’t thick and made them nicely shaped. I was very happy when I left. I will be back

I’ve sat on commenting on this one for awhile but my experience was actually evil incarnate. I asked for her to restore my nails so that I could grow them out. She cut up into my nail beds, filed them so thin that it forced me to add another layer of acrylic. When I told her she was hurting me, she literally rolled her eyes at me and said “just relax”. When I started bleeding, she apologized and smiled.

I’ve only ever been here twice with friends to get their nails done, I haven’t gotten mine done here BUT both times, the ladies were very rude. The first time my friend asked for one coat of the polish because she liked it better that way and the lady told her “I’ll do 2 it doesn’t look good like this” like? Just do what the customer asks, no? Today we went my friend wanted to change the colour and she did a blue colour on one nail and decided she didn’t like it and did yellow instead & the lady says “i liked the blue better” … it doesn’t matter what YOU like? They aren’t YOUR nails. THEN, she proceeds to file all the nails after painting them and none of them are the same length, I’ll post a picture for you all to see. Anyways I’m done my rant, i wouldn’t recommend this Salon to anyone, if you do like Q nails i recommend the hollick Kenyon location all the ladies there are very sweet.

Mixed feelings here. My nails turned out decent. Paint left on my skin and parts of my nails arent even painted. I dont think they are worth $80.00 but does the job. However the service was terrible. My nail tech was on her personal phone chatting with someone when I first got there. Continued the call while she worked. Then answered her personal phone another 4 times. I'm also pretty sure she was listening to music through her headphones. So had to stop my nails multiple times to answer her phone and change the song. Also walking around barefoot in the store is unsanitary and unprofessional. Can honestly say I won't be back.

I went here for the first time. As I was walking in there was no staff, then the lady opens the door of a room from taking a nap! She continues to take a nap as a man came to do my nails. I asked him for a new set in which he just replaced my one broken nail and did NOT do a new full set. He also made me bleed. The service was completely rushed. Then charged me for a new set. $70, for this!! I’m not the type to complain but here I am ! Never going back there! Don’t waste you time or money. Very unprofessional. The place was very unorganized and unsanitary.

I feel bad writing this but other potential customers should be aware. This is the worst gel manicure I’ve ever had. Terrible technique, the gel they used was SO painful I could barely keep my hand in the light. The gel was left uneven and super thick even after asking them to fix it. They did not clean under my nails, the colour polish work was poor. My cuticles were not even touched, no oil or lotion either. I had to clean up my cuticles and under nails at home afterwards. For $65 that was a complete rip off, I contemplating not even paying. When my nails were drying they used a metal scraper to clean the table which made a horrible sound and got old glue and gel all over me. Would not recommend for a gel manicure.

Tiffany is amazing, I’ve never had nails that looked and felt so natural. She is amazing, and is my favourite tech. This is by far the best salon I’ve been to, from the shop itself to the service! I felt welcomed and cared for!

Tiffany was amazing! She took me in last minute and gave me such a beautiful pedicure. She’s super sweet and wonderful! Will be coming here again to see her.

I went in for gel nail removal and Pedi. Started off good, but! I paid 105 for nail removal with manicure and a Pedi. 45 for mani and nail removal 55 for pedicure, I did not even get oil on my cuticles or toes. The lady was mad because my toe touched the light and she had to fix it. I will not be returning and I do not recommend!

Beautiful nails and great service! Absolutely wonderful. Tiffany was super sweet and helpful ☺️ Will be going back!
