Best place to live

Whoever reviewed that these condos are soundproof is deaf. These units are not that soundproof. The ceilings are soundproofed so no footfall noises from above thankfully.* The common walls are not that soundproof. You can hear bass music or a TV show clearly from the other units. Some units are given for AirBnB party or some other short term rentals too.* Rent is $1650. For that there is not even a small gym or a pool. The building is next to city hall and other social services. Lot of shady characters roaming around all day.* There are no supermarkets or grocery stores nearby so without a car grocery shopping will be difficult.* The heat pump is installed unscientifically. Because of that you can hear the vibrations in the entire unit and from the unit near you. It’s like you live in a constantly humming vibrating box.* No parking for guests or visitors.* The only positive is that the city hall LRT is right at front. Overall the high rent price of these units do not justify the value you are getting out of it. DTK is overall an unsafe place by nightfall.Except the soundproofing, it’s liveable but lack of amenities do not justify the rent prices here.

Great location right beside the city hall. However, condos are small and rigid. No gym or entertainment besides a third floor terrace.
