The lady serving on Dec 22-23 at the copy area in charge of checking the packages from FedEx showed to be very irresponsible and careless.I went to check if my package was available for pick up on the 22rd, explaining the package was very important, temperature sensitive, containing medication. The lady insisted the package wasn’t there and to call back at 5 pm. I followed her instruction and she insisted the package wasn’t there.I called this morning, Dec 23, she said the package wasn’t there again.I decided to call FedEx whom opened an investigation immediately since the importance of the package. They confirmed the package containing the medication was at the location.I went in again, spoke with the same lady, she said the package wasn’t there, I asked there to check. She rapidly check and said it wasn’t there. I insisted for her to check, with the help on a gentleman she found it.She wasn’t sorry, she didn’t apologised, she didn’t care it was my medication. She just smirked at me. Very irresponsible.

So I only lasted 2 days there. The staff didn't notice me doing the reading for the job, and a good chunk of people were complaining about how much they hate it there. Not to mention how everyone was looking for other jobs. The benefits sound amazing! But, you need a very thick skin to work there. So! If you can handle alot of bull tossed your way, then this job is for you. I am still waiting to be paid by them.. it has been 3 weeks. The first check they sent me was 75 ¢. They also are trying to charge me for a cleaning fee on a shirt I have never worn.

I used the drop for FedEx. The workers behind the counters looked at me, ignored me, and kept chatting and doing something. I went to the main desk thinking they were not the people for FedEx. They helped right away and made an announcement. I went back to the counter, and one of the women came over. She said I would have come. I told her that she could have acknowledged me and told me she was going to come eventually. Common courtesy.

Simply THE WORST! Went into the print shop and was the first in line requesting to have some items laminated. Everything went fine at first as the person working in the print shop was helpful. I sent in my documents and he started printing them. He then informed me to wait so I could look at the documents before laminating, which made perfect sense. So I waited, and waited, and waited while he proceeded to help everyone in line behind me. All he had to do was grab the print outs and let me look at them but he refused to do so until he helped everyone else in line. I waited for over 15 minutes before I gave up and left. He didn't care one bit, he just watched me leave, no apology, no offer to help me later, nothing!

I really don't like this store. Knowledgeable staff are few and far between and floor staff are as well ! Some of the items that Iusually buy from Staples I have been buying online. I went theretoday as I was leaving Costco and needed some printer ink cartridges. There were three staff members at the front cashier counter have a great time telling stories and having a nice visit.I stood at the printer ink display for ten minutes trying to find the correct numbers that I needed. They were out of stock. Not one of the staff members came over to see if I needed assistance and I was in their direct view from where they were still yacking away. I left the store and walked past the staff again and theyignored me and went on with their visit. I don't think there were more than two other customers in the store . Ever try and phone the store ?? You cannot get through to speak to anyone. Went home and ordered my cartridges online which were less expensive than Staples charges and free shipping. Grrrrrrrrrr !Back again today, April 10 for one item. Girl at the till with streaked hair and a ring in her nose looked like she had just gotten out of bed and was staring straight ahead into outerspace. I put my item on the counter and she processed it and with that spoke not a single word. She thenwent back to daydreaming. She wouldn't be working for me !

Last of the full service office supply places. Decent on shelf displays in the computer area, furniture etc. Found what I needed at an ok price. Online may be cheaper but don't mind paying a bit more when I need something now.

A convenient location to pickup supplies for the office, while doing the Saturday morning Costco shopping, friendly staff. Unfortunately for me they've changed their Saturday morning hours to a 10 o'clock opening time, the store used to open at 9. I order ahead to check for stock.

I used to scan my documents to my data stick here for around $6 sometimes the employees were really nice and would just drop it through the machine no charge because I wasn’t printing. I went in today to find out they have increased their service fee from $6 to $130 for the same amount of scanning. That is a 2,160% price increase in under a year!!! The manager told me that that is the price now and that they fired all of the employees that were giving cheap or free service. I will not be using this business again. Instead, I will save myself $130 + tax and go to the public library to drop my little stack of papers through the scanner for FREE!!! No way I’m paying a days wages to scan a document! OUTRAGEOUS DISPLAY OF CORPORATE GREED!

A place where you will find all that an office or a home office needs! Starting from basic utensils like pencil and erasers to high end photocopy machines and desk chairs, they got it all.I purchased pens and files for my upcoming project from this branch of Staples and headed off to Tim Hortons for coffee just down the lane. Has bus stops nearby if you want to avail it.

I spoke to Raj over the phone and then in person about computers. I didn’t end up buying one there as they didn’t carry the model I wanted but he could not have been more helpful.
