Little pricey but only gym around and open 24 hours, has everything you need including a turf area , limited staffed hours, also no one seems to answer the phone numbers provided

Luke and the gang at Optimal have the best set up around the Lakeland! The public gym, the private training areas, and the cafe, are all top-notch!!

Wonderful gym. Lots of options, lots of space , clean, new machines. Nice cafe. Going to offer cold plunge and sauna soon. I love that it’s open 247. Thankyou optimal wellness

I have been going to this gym for a few months. The owner is a great trainer and is very accommodating for any type of schegule. Good clean equipment and a comfortable/casual environment for exercise!

It’s an ok gym. A little on the pricey side. Needs an assist dip / pull up machine. There’s 3 squat racks, I’ve only had to wait once! Change rooms are good and very nice, in all honesty. Some of the equipment upholstery is taped together, but that’s fine with me. Has mostly everything else, equipment wise. I’ve been to far worse gyms, lol.

State of the art facility,showers and washroom kept up to par. Danielle is one classy woman very knowledgeable and easy going. Best choice I've made ever in St Paul,AB.
