Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill
I've never been to a Mucho Burrito before, but decided to give this one a try. I have to be honest and say it wasn't very good.I find this very disappointing, as I was excited about their vegetarian/vegan options. I found the food (specifically the rice/meat/beans) to be incredibly wet, which is not what I like in a burrito.I want to emphasize that despite this, the service was great. The employee that made my burrito for me was very friendly and helpful at guiding me through the process.

I love Mucho Burrito. However, this is the worst, slowest restaurant I have ever been to. The staff doesn’t seem to care that the orders are taking 20+ minutes. Our food was cold and inedible. The staff had a fire on the BBQ and just stood there and watched it while customers left. Will drive further to go to a more efficient restaurant where the food will actually be warm, or go next door to McDonalds. I would recommend the same to anyone planning to visit. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill
I went in last week as a first time customer. I had never eaten from a place like Mucho. The young gentleman who served me and put my burrito together was a great help at giving me a run-down of the menu and gave his personal opinion on his own favourite items as we put together my burrito. Since then i have gone in multiple times and never had a bad experience with any of the employees who work there. Mucho is now my go to place!

Can't express just how disappointed I am in this location, I LOVE mucho burrito. I was pretty excited to see one opening up in mahogany. I tried it a couple times and it had to be the worst I have had in the city. They didn't have so many of the ingredients available. And what was available was not fresh at all. The staff seemed like they were never trained and had no idea how to even wrap the burrito.

Got 2 small and one mucho to share assuming double the price of the small would mean double the size, the mucho was only slightly bigger and the staff put so little meat in it that once we cut it open we could barely see any, my last bite I could finally taste some meat (they also seemed very confused about what we were asking for, several times almost adding ingredients that we didnt want). We also had to add our own sauce from home to every bite as they put so little when making it, it was very dry, quite disappointed. I understand that they may have recently opened so there might be a learning curve but taking a bit more time with the customer would likely help alot, along with proper portion control. The pic attached shows the very small amount of meat in the top left portion of the pic.Sent reply to the owner as requested (see below) but no reply from them in 9 days now (May 18, 2022), they obviously dont care about customers, for sure wont go back there.

Wow this is hands down the worst restaurant I have ever been to in my life. It was filthy and a mess with empty containers everywhere. The girl who was working there completely hated her life and gave the worst customer service. I ordered two burritos and none of the toppings were fresh. She scraped old dried out rice from the bottom of the tin instead of replacing with a fresh one.When I asked if they had cilantro she looked at the empty tin and said no. With my shocked response she said she would check the back. She then proceeded to come out with two sprigs of cilantro (you would think they would have prepped product) and put them on the burritos with the stem and all while she was laughing. The lady behind me actually walked out after seeing the awful service. As for the taste of the burritos, they were as awful as you can imagine. I’m disgusted I paid $25 and have major regrets about not walking out like the lady behind me.

Got a coupon for buy 1 get 1 in local newsletter, decided to give this place a try.Got a pork/chorizo burrito with the garlic habanero sauce on it.Absolutely delicious.Ingredients looked good quality, staff was friendly and place was clean.We will return for sure!

Been ordering at this place for a long time. First time I’ve legitimately felt like I’ve been ripped off. Salad bowls were delivered that way smaller than it’s normally.
