They made me wait 20 minutes without exaggerating in the drive through and there was no cars at all, it was only me by myself waiting and waiting and finally when I placed my order they gave me a wrong order they gave me “Uber” order instead , please train your staff and no wonder why A&W isn’t how it used to be before.

Bad bad bad. Sunny side up busted, potatoes tasting bad oil, charged extra for coffee. Oh and no salt, pepper, and topping for toast. Too bad, last time it was delicious at the same place. This morning 7:39.

I ordered Beyond combo with extra Beyond pattie, as seen in the photo. I got an extra real meat instead. Only noticed after the first bite. Extremely upset, I've been vegan for 11 years, and it makes me sick to my stomach. I can't believe you did this, and I will never trust you again.

I ordered (1) Chubby chicken & (1) Habanero Chicken both in a trio. The food was good, I can’t complain.The service was something else.I had a coupon for 13.99$ for both meals.With taxes the total was 16.09$I educated the drive through staff that the total was incorrect. 13.99$ + 15% taxes should’ve been 15.14$.That’s when it got interesting…I was first told prices went up.Then the system is the one responsible for the total. Then one of the staff members pointed at the line behind my car.Eventually I accepted the fact that nobody present was capable of active listening, respect or curtesy.In the end one of the staff members closed the drive window and ignored my physical presence.——————————————————————————————Mistakes happen, that’s part of life.How you deal with them determines everything.I’ve been served multiple times without issues, unfortunately I had to share this bad experience.————————————————————————————Also the website doesn’t have this outlet in their scroll down menu when you select St-Leonard has the city.So there’s no way to leave feedback trough A&W main website.

Ordered through the drive in last Sunday afternoon. Problems included: Received a teen burger instead of a mozza burger, there was a hair in my burger, the fries were stale, the chicken burger was so salty that it wasn't even edible. Not to mention the extremely long wait...

Whoever managed the com in the drive through today at 6ish... they need to be trained better. We already waited 20+ min to try to order, then she gives attitude and makes us wait long again before taking the order. While ordering she was mumbling and talking in slow mo. So got fed up with this service and just left. Won't be coming here for a very long time for sure.

Every time I order from this A&W on Uber eats or skip I am disappointed. The hash browns came burnt and were clearly fried twice. The coffee was old and the eggs were turning green. The quality of food is horrible. I have certainly learned my lesson and will not be ordering from them again.

Just ordered a teen trio. Replaced fries with onion rings. He charged me for burger and onion ring. Not trio. When I asked for my drink he told me that I didn't order one.He finally gave me my drink... Half a cup of coke! My onion rings looked like they were stepped on. All squished!He looked so miserable. Not friendly at all!I will not back here!!! Don't need to be served like this.Terrible service

The worst A&W in the city. They make you wait 20 minutes in the drive thru with only 1 car ahead. They never have any chausson, they never have any coffee, ordering takes forever. It's such a disaster, everytime I go out of desperation, I'm disappointed more than I thought possible. Rude employees as well, honestly I'm surprised they have any business at all. Negative 5 stars.
