I went in to get a small chip fixed. The window cracked during this process.Update: They did talk to their regional manager, and they agreed to replace the window at their cost. I have an appointment to get it fixed. I appreciate the quick response, and will update after the window is installed. The manager's name was Dennis and he was very helpfulUpdate 03 03. I had the unfortunate event of having a large stone thrown from under a semi truck and hitting my windshield coming back from a road trip; after the incident I drove immediately to Speedy Glass and they were able to put me in for a repair within minutes! The damage was quite significant, a pea sized, star shape crack which they were able to fill completely with little to no trace of it even being there. Staff were extremely helpful and suggested the best means of repair, keeping in mind the budget and insurance. They took care of all the tough questions and details and I had the vehicle back an hour and a half after arriving!

My truck window shield got replaced. The manager is really nice and I felt she cares about customers satisfaction. There was a manufacture defect found after installation. She quickly ordered a new replacement and swapped it. Everything was smooth with this Speedy Glass. I highly recommend this Speedy Glass.

I needed to get my front window replaced and I called Speedy Glass (Imperial St.) to get a quote and I was really impressed with their customer service and the knowledge of insurance policies and their suggestion about my insurance coverage to cover the cost of the replacement. They were prompt in giving me a quote and were able to get me in for an appointment the following day.When I arrived, they staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. They even called me a cab and put it on their company account. It was a nice and unexpected gesture.
