We had a water softener installed from Air & Water Care. They were helpful and answered all our questions. They were able to reroute some plumbing lines to situate the unit exactly where we wanted it. Then they walked us through how to use it. Great job.

Rudie inspected my non-functional water softener, and gave me a range of options including repair and new unit costs. There was no pressure to buy a new unit, and he gave good advice about the pros and cons of each option.We decided to go with a new unit since the existing one was undersized for the number of people in our house, and we had a new unit installed the next day. Everyone was friendly and professional.

A few days ago, my old water heater stopped working. I called Air and Water Care, they came over that same evening, after I got home from work. They had a spare part available, they fixed the heater fairly quickly. Very good and prompt service!
