The worst dentist in my opinion at Rossland and Harwood. My daughter went there and now 3 teeth my not be able to be saved due to dentist Fatima missing acid decay on teeth under bar. Messed up appointments, put a filling on my wife's tooth over tooth decay. Not recommended on going here. Please do your research. They even go as far as saying they can't find you in their system if you write a negative review.They are very nice here but can't say much about their dental work.

My first ever visit to Harwood Dental Group for a dental procedure two days ago. Totally impressed by the professionalism and dedication of Dr. Fatima, Dr. Rahman and their incredible team. The reception staff is extremely cordial, friendly and knowledgeable. All the insurance paperwork was taken care of quickly. The clinic is super clean and I am very pleased by how the clinic is operating during this pandemic. The excellent care and commitment portrayed by the team at this clinic is something that I have not experienced before at any other dental clinic. Highly recommended to anyone and everyone who has any dental needs to visit this amazing dental clinic!

Our entire family have been patients for years. All the staff are friendly and very helpful when assisting with our needs. Their level of care have kept our teeth strong and healthy. From the moment you walk in the office you will be impressed! The reception staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable. As someone who has a big fear of needles, Dr. Shewta handles everything so well! She is patient and always explains what she is doing. By far the best dentist in Durham Region! I have recommended this office to many friends and family.

First visit with my family to this practice. Staff are very well organized and welcoming. Great advice was received from all of the team members. Service was very professional. Some members of my family that had not been to the dentist in awhile due to fear were gladly returning back weekly for treatment. I would highly recommend this dental clinic and special thanks to the reception team who are AMAZING!

Have been taking my daughter to Harwood Dental. Dr Fatima is very good with kids. Also recently took my dad and he says he had the best dental experience with Dr Fatima and her team. Everyone at the office is very welcoming friendly and accommodating.

The staff is warm, welcoming and friendly. Dr. Fatima has always done wonderful work, with a gentle touch. She is personable, soft spoken and professional. My treatment has always been thouroughly explained to me before proceeding. Even though the ownership has changed over the years, the staff has remained-which is also a good indication that it is a good place. Would definitely recommend this office to my family and friends

The Front Desk staff viz. Suzette and Erin are friendly and professional on the phone as well as face-to-face with regards to appointments, insurance, billing, etc.Harwood Dental office is clean, bright and organized. The staff are punctual and keep to their appointed times. During COVID, the staff follow all the required safety and hygiene protocol including putting “magnetic” plastic sheets outside each of their dental offices.My Hygienist Trish is super amazing, friendly and professional. She ensures I always have a neck pillow and adjusts the chair to make it like a “flat bed” to accommodate to my health challenges. She is gentle and thorough with her work. She gives me a customized dental goodie bag at the end of my appointment. Trish is in high demand and hence I have to book her at least 6 to 9 months in advance to fit my schedule.The Dentist & Owner Fatima is very humble, understanding and professional. She patiently listens to my concerns and is gentle and kind with her approach. Her Assistant Kim is friendly and professional as well.The above mentioned staff go the extra mile to treat and make me feel like a VIP from the time I enter to the time I leave their office. I highly recommend Harwood Dental Group.

Harwood Dental Group has been taking care of me and my family for years. Everyone is very kind, professional and highly skilled from teeth cleaning to dental work to reception and billing. And the measures they’ve taken to protect us during COVID have been OUTSTANDING. I highly recommend them!!!!

I have had such bad experiences with a dentist in the past that I didn't to one for 10 years. When I moved to Ajax, I was looking for a dentist who would anesthetize me for any procedures other than a cleaning, because of my anxiety. The dentists, hygienists and receptionists are all amazing at this office. They are friendly, gentle, and non-judgmental. They are accommodating with schedules and changes to appointments. I used to think of a visit to the dentist as something out of a scary story, but instead, now, I actually enjoy going in. Thank you team!
