We wanted to try Morrison again as it is under new owners, we walk in and are told to sit wherever. We grab a booth by the window. We ask for two bowls of soup, two different kinds of wings and sandwiches for mains. We watch the waitress walk across and buy the supplies they need to make our dinner. She comes back and minutes later not homemade soup comes out looking nothing like the menu, We ask the waitress about the missing pieces from what it shows in the online menu she has no. seems odd but okay. Our wings come out. We ordered honey garlic and lemon pepper. Honey garlic was spicy hot, and lemon pepper tasted like bottled lemon juice and not much else.Our mains come out, one persons salad had a bug in it, the sandwiches were not at all as described online, ingredients all wrong or trying to make sun dried tomatoes by taking normal tomatoes and throwing paste all over it. At this point I just asked the server to bring the bill. After I explain the disappointing meal another servers brings over a dessert apparently sent from the kitchen, we sent it back as everything else was sub par. We paid the entire bill plus tip. Our family loved Morrison, after today we will not be returning.

Used to love this place when it had the old owners. Now....Was absolutely horrible. My breakfast showed up ice cold. The butter on the bread wasn't even melted. Eggs cold as ice. They only gave 5 measly potatoes cubes/hasbrowns and they were uncooked. Everything cold. Sent it back they remade my meal. Brought me wrong toast and when I finished eating my breakfast, they brought me the bacon that was missing from my meal. The worst part is they then tried to charge me for extra bacon! I tipped the waitress as it was not her fault, but, I won't be going back. My girlfriend's breakfast also had only 5 small cubed potatoes that weren't cooked. All this and charging a ridiculously high price for breakfast $56 for 2 people....Stupid for a breakfast that is only worth $6 at a gas station!

Took my parents out to breakfast the other day. I am NEVER going back.We came in hungry and happy and left very distraught and disappointed. The food was good but the service was horrible. I believe it was the owners that were in that day. Very dismissive, rude and only seemed to care about us paying and not us being happy customers. They treat their staff and customers horribly! Good food gone to waste by awful owners. Don’t go here.

This was my first time at Morrison Cafe and most certainly won’t be my last! I love the diner experience and how spotless the place was, so bright and cheerful. Our waitress name was Patience and she did a fantastic job looking after us. Very attentive and personable making our experience memorable. The food was exactly what you would expect for a diner but better. The 28 day aged hamburger meat was certainly in my top 3 and the Grilled ham and cheese absolutely outstanding, home cut fries with a side of gravy was lip smacking! The cool thing was we were able to order our burger with sourdough toast instead of a bun as you can see in my pictures. See you soon Patience! 5 stars!!

Love it here. I get the same breakfast every 2 weeks or so as a treat and it's the best breakfast I've had. A tad bit pricey but that's the world we're in now I guess?Chorizo hash is sooo good and a wee bit spicy.

This cafe has become a family favourite over the last decade of casual dinning. A frequent stop when visiting with family. While it appears to have changed hands, the menu does not disappoint. Why not stop by this weekend and dive into the best Steak and Eggs I’ve ever had. Thank you Morrison Cafe. See next weekend.

We visited Morrison Cafe at Surrey, BC this morning and food and service was excellent. This was our first time. We came from Nashville TN USA and we didn't know any place here. We thought we will give it a try and it was excellent. Jordana was excellent and she made us very comfortable and have the breakfast experience. I gave 5 stars for the food and service. I usually don't write review but she provided such good service that I felt like we need to write a review.

I’ve been here a few times and it’s always been great but today the owner felt so bad the fries were taking long while I was waiting with my baby. He also helped me carry my food and baby carrier out to my car which he did NOT need to do but did so out of the kindness of his heart. Amazing customer service and the food is delicious as always!

I was meeting friends for brunch and they wanted me to suggest something so I literally searched for brunch white rock". This was one of the suggestions. I liked the simple menu and the photos of the cafe. We chose 10 am on a Sunday but I wasn't sure if we'd need reservations or how long we'd have to wait.First
