I love the Quick Lane service option at Cam Clark Ford! I brought my Escape in for an oil and filter change plus the multi-point inspection. I waited in the lounge area and was back on the road in about an hour. The staff were friendly and helpful, letting me know parts were in for a recall on my car… and then booking me in for that appointment.

Our salesman was Matt, we learned about the vehicle through a Facebook ad and decided to take the drive up to take a look. Once we got there it was no hassle at all, the front desk was helpful lining us up with Matt, there was no delay in dealing with negotiations and finance etc and we were in and out within 4 hours driving hone in our new vehicle. Was a very streamlined process and we felt like we got treated very fairly and got the answers quickly. Definitely would consider buying another vehicle from the same sales team in the future and were very happy with our purchase.

Very first time trying out the oil service. The people behind the counter were polite. Had an appointment for an oil change for 11:30 today. They failed to order the parts needed for the service and never called to inform me of this prior to my arrival. No oil change and now I have to reschedule with someone else. A big hassle. Not a good first impression of Cam Clark Ford Airdrie.

Cam Clark Ford in Airdrie service department is the best they are amazing. Greg K (service advisor) is awesome I really appreciated his advice and honesty about everything that needed to be fixed on my 2017 F150 ecoboost. Greg kept me informed through every step of the repairs. Great guy and the best service. Thank you Greg K and the ford service team for making my truck brand new again.

Well.. after all of the money spent and the numerous times my beautiful 2019 expedition with 60000 km had been in the shop for dying while driving, I was told to return it for a “trade in” because they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Salesmen traded it 45000 for it, told me my option was an explorer, and my dream car was gone. And added on another 30 payments.The car sucks, super small, and he wouldn’t even check other stores for what I wanted. I couldn’t even get white. I’m absolutly gutted and lost my vehicle I always wanted. To top it off, I wrote to Ford Canada and to CC Ford and no one returned my concerns.Lol, Ford even sold it after when it is deemed dangerous. Talk about low.Thank you CC Ford for NOT caring about my emails.
