I used MMS for the installation of pot lights in my home. Nick did a very clean job, even patching the dry wall for us. Punctual, polite, and fair pricing. Highly recommended.

Nick responded quickly to the request to relocate an outlet for our new electric stove, which we had not anticipated would need to be done. The new stove plug was very different from the old 1980s stove plug. He explained everything in advance of the work and charged a very reasonable fee. We are quite happy and plan to ask Nick back, as soon as the pandemic is more under control, to upgrade several old fluorescent light fixtures with LED fixtures.

Must hire! We just hired Nick to install some pot lights in our new house and were more than impressed. He is incredibly detailed, professional and thorough. It's such a pleasure to work with someone with such a high standard of care. He'll 100% be back for our next renovation.

We hired Nick to install potlights (which required a second feed) and help us with our home theatre system set up which required some rewiring of switches and setting up an alternative power outlet. Nick was professional in all aspects of the job - he is punctual, works extremely diligently and honestly. What set Nick apart from other contractors that we've had in the past is that a) he explains what he's doing every step of the way and b) will always ask for permission if there is something he feels is better than what is originally planned. Further, Nick was well equipped with all tools and placed mats, plastic covering so that nothing was dirty in the house. He also patched up holes that he needed to cut (but no painting). Lastly, he had a portable vacuum to clean up any debris from the dry wall. All around it was exceptional service and we couldn't be any more happier with his work. Highly recommend for anyone who is considering!

We recently had a our kitchen replaced.Mykola installed pot lights in our kitchen and dining room,as well as wiring for a new double oven,new wiring for the kitchen island,as well as under counter pot lights.He did an excellent job of the whole electrical project.I would definitely recommend him for electrical work.

Nick is a talented electrician. He installed pot lights in all three of my bathrooms, my kitchen, and my living room. He also installed the vanity lights in all of my bathrooms, a fan in the main bathroom, a fan and light in my bedroom, a three-way switch in my basement, replaced all the outlets in my house, etc. Nick is hardworking and honest. He always goes the extra mile. One of the dimmers in my bathroom turned out to be faulty and when I called Nick to tell him that the lights were going out in my bathroom, after approximately 20 minutes, for no apparent reason, he came over to my house to investigate within an hour. Nick planned everything fastidiously, but when it came to doing the work he is bolt lightning-fast and reliable. I can't recommend him enough.

Nick is a man of few words. He just gets down to it, and in my case he was here promptly, did his work briskly and efficiently, and didn't charge an arm and a leg--in fact, he even offers senior discounts. Highly recommended.

We've hired Nick for a few jobs now around our house, the biggest project was probably fixing faulty wiring after a recent renovation. I couldn't recommend Nick enough! His work is always well planned, comprehensive and, excellent. We always know that we are in good, honest hands.Thanks Nick!
