Once Upon A Child

I have no idea what they accept from what I bring to sell. I brought items that I washed clean and some of them were even new. I found lots of clothes being sold there which were dirtier than what I brought, and some of them had stain. Which is funny because mine was not accepted because they said it had stain. When I received my items back, they were all messed up in the bag. It was not very impressed.

Aside from the amazing deals you get at Once upon a child. I want to share my amazing experience. My son had a last min event where he had to wear a suit. I called once upon a child and the lady on the phone helped me right away told me they had some selections, we right away went to the store and it didn’t disappoint!!!! We found everything at a reasonable price ❤️ just want to thank you for saving us the time and money of buying at a department store.

Love this shop for buying and selling baby clothes!! Staff are genuinely happy to be there and help customers, pricing is very fair and quality is amazing! I always recommend to my friends and family!

This place is GREAT for buying baby items at affordable prices but it doesn't seem as worth it to resell back to them. I brought in 3 boxes of clothing which were all in great condition, and basically got told that they can only take 20 out of the over 100 items I brought in because they are very selective with damaged and stained items" which would be totally understandable

Was surprised to find some items with stains and heavily pilled (e.g a The Littlest sleeper was very pilled and still priced for $8. Prices were higher than other OUAC locations or even buying it brand new (e.g Tuffy brand sleeper priced for $8 when it’s $8.99 brand new)

Brought in some high end clothing, mainly gap, zara + H&M all trendy mainly all to season. I believe the person to greet us was the owner. She didn't smile welcome us in and she seemed cold/rude.Total of 64 in perfect condition pieces and she offered me $2 an item. (Sent back perfect items saying they were pilled) but what she doesnt know, I went over the clothes with a fine tooth comb, and folded and organized by age perfectly) there was no pilling or stains. They destroyed how I had it organized so I took the offer because at this point it was an inconvenience. I'm not impressed and will never bring items here again.

Consistently helpful and pleasant staff. Stocked with good quality products makes it fun to search.

Great deals on second hand clothes for baby’s! Able to get loads of winter onesies, toques and gloves for $50!! They also have other great specials such as the 10 for $10! Excellent value!

Just took a lot of really good quality and brand clothes to Once Upon a Child that I could have easily sold online and after picking up great quality shoes and clothes, all they paid me was $18. Never taking clothes there again....
