Steve and his crew of technicians are always very helpful and they offer a fair price up front. I use them for all tires on my company fleet and they treat us well, provide good advice, and ensure we get back on the road fast, which is what I expect from a professional tire service company!

Booked an appointment a week in advance for this Saturday on their website picked a time slot that worked for me in the morning and received a confirmation email and everything. After adding it to my calendar and the Appointment was confirmed I showed up to the location only to find out the tire shop was closed on weekends.Why would a tire shop be closed on Saturdays?Why would their website let me book an appointment on a date when they are closed and even show it as available operating hours?PS, ended up going to Discount Tires and Auto Glass down the street (2899 steeles avenue west) received a much, much better price and amazing service in extremely short notice. No appointment necessary. & Open on weekends. Recommend anyone in the market for tires goes there and at least cross references a price. Will not be returning to Tire mag again.

They will do anything with tires and rims. Anything from tire changes, to install to a small nail patch. Awesome service, selection and knowledge of tires.

Had these guys change bolt pattern 5x115 to 5x114.3 and mill hub and insert metal centric rings on 9 wides, fits perfect. Great work that I'm very confident about. Definitely recommend. Price was beyond fair, work was 2 business days. Feels great side ways as well as at mach. Staff were friendly and quick working

Awesome place, guys at the front desk are pleasant to deal with(Steve or Brian), give an advise if you ask and work diligently with on all the details. Installers are careful with your cars and rims. Good place to visit for your tire/rims needs. Highly recommended

I was getting my tires changed and in the middle an unlicensed worker crashed a customers car into the shop!!! Not safe at all I would give 0 stars. The worker MJ is always on crack and does it on his break

Spent a long while chatting with Steve getting pricing etc. Very friendly and sorted out what I needed to have done quickly. Jamal and Conner who were the technicians on the vehicle were extremely knowledgeable about their trade, answering all of my questions and concerns. Both worked efficiently, and made it clear when there was a reason to spend money, and made it equally clear where I did not have to spend money.A pleasure to deal with everyone I dealt with today at Tiremag!

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a while…. Was referred to come here by another mechanic to pick up a centering ring, simple service nothing crazy. The man at the front couldn’t be bothered to do his job. He was on his phone and didn’t even look up from it….. he listened to one sentence I had to say and legit no lie walked away…. He fully ignored me and we to sit down and talk with his buddy. After seeing that I didn’t even bother to say anything, just walked out and won’t be coming back….. very disappointing and horrible service.
