I had bad experience with them and They don’t allow to use a washroom for truck drivers and they told me reason for not allowed to use washroom was there POLICYAnd staff was rood with me

Terrible customer service. Would not honor warranty or respond to communication despite product failing well within warranty periodUpdate 10/19/21: Warranty request sent to reliance customer support prior to submitting original review. Response received requesting pictures & receipt which were forwarded along with photo of warranty card clearly indicating product still under warranty. No response from Reliance despite several attempts to follow up on my end.

I contacted the company and representative Costa Aglogallos was the service representative I dealt with. He went more than one extra mile to help me get some parts that aren't normally available on products that have changed, and we are extremely pleased by his and his company and the service!!!! Will definitely by their products as needed in the future because they stand behind them!
