Service are good. All procedures are smoothly. However, it’s not quite clean after the sliver wash.

Very angry, our car went in without any scratches, washed out and found that there was a side of the car was obviously by some kind of car washing roller machine to scratch out the scratch. Also, when we were about to leave, we saw the staff taking pictures of our car and when we saw him, he ran to the store and refused to delete our pictures. The very excessive behavior makes us angry, even they are not willing to provide video footage of the car wash. Look ur Reviews which I realized not mine first have that problem! So crazy

This place is EXTREMELY inconsistent. Two weeks ago, I took my parents car there to get both the interior and exterior cleaned and they did an excellent and phenomenal job, it almost looked like I purchased a new car. However, today (Monday, July 17th @10:30am) it was a completely different story.I got the exact same cleaning service that I did two weeks ago and as you can see from the images, it honestly looks like they didn't clean anything. Seats, dashboard, and floor mats are still filled with dust and debris everywhere, and also tons of water spots on the main windshield which I couldn't capture with my phone. I didn't have time to complain as I had an important meeting to attend at 11am.This isn't the first time this has occured, but I generally don't complain because more often than not they generally do a good job overall, but today was a big exception... atrocious service and cleaning received today. It was like I paid $53.68 and received absolutely nothing in return. I truly believe part of the reason the service was terrible today was because it was very busy when I arrived there, whereas when I took my parents car there two weeks ago, there were only two cars plus mine. So, it seems that, when they aren't busy or feeling rushed, they do a far better job.So, I would highly recommend to other customers to try and go there whenever they are not busy. However, The Chamois should also learn to be more consistent in their service to their customers regardless of how busy they are...consistency is highly valued by customers so please keep that in mind.

Got the manager’s special and the trunk, license plate area and rear window is untouched, dirt and rain stains are quite visible. Not going to this branch any more.

All around terrible.Stay away and save money.Embarrassing staff who most have no idea what they’re doing. ( there are some good employees) condescending, rude.. there’s other things I could say.Embarrassing wash quality for the money spent. Always rushed and not done properly. Been coming here for years and there’s been a steady decline and I will now no longer support them. The Midtown car wash is out of the way but ALWAYS do a good job so they will be my new go-to when it’s time for a full service wash.Shame on the Chamois for the pathetic quality of service, and even worse customer relations.

The main console was untouched , little to no effort on the front of dashUploaded the receipt for the date reference, definitely NOT coming here again.

Every time I go there - aways something not clean. Door openings never touched. Interior wasn't cleaned properly. I came early morning to make sure they won't rush - it didn't work. It just there business model-do as quickly as possible, don't care about quality. If someone companies - OK wi will wipe that spot. I WISH WE WOULD HAVE ALTERNATIVES TO THEM. most of a time I do selfserve wash to avoid frastration'.

Chamois on regent; don't go there. I bought my Dad a managers special (inside & outside clean) for fathers day. When the car came out the bottom 8 inches where filthy along with the wheel wells. I opened the passenger and back doors and the door and jams had not been cleaned and they didn't vacuum the hatch area. There was no cleaning on the interior. I sent i comment to them and they offered i come back the following day to get rewashed. I responded, my dad lives an hour from winnipeg so can we get an alternate date?. I got no response.Please don't waste your money at the Chamois off Regent

This will be the last time I use this “service.” I keep hoping things will improve but really, what is the definition of insanity.I paid $35.00 for a clean car and when it came out, there was still dried bugs on the front, the mats were still dirty, the interior doors were not wiped down, etc. The response I received “you can see we are very busy.” Guess that should reassure me that it is good customer service!! I will not be back as I do a much better job myself at a regular car wash and pay 1/3 of the price!

Went for a car wash today. They did an awful job the first time on both the inside and exterior. Our truck really wasn’t that dirty either when we brought it in.It went through a second time after we complained and they ran it through the car wash with the back window open. Getting my children’s belongings all wet.Overall second time inside and outside wasn’t much better than the first time. Interior is all still dusty, outside isn’t very clean.Will not be returning to this location.
