It's been many years that I am buying my bras and underwear from la senza..I have been to different branches and always been happy,this time for the first time I went to this branch to get bras,I have lost some weight,so I needed to be measured again.the girl who was working there,measured me and gave me 2 sizes.I selected some bras in each size.but they were both wrong!! So I asked her to bring my actual size,but she brought some bras different styles from what I have chosen,whatever she liked! And in 3 different sizes!!!non of them worked for me.so I had to come out to choose myself,because I really needed bras. But when I came out with the all wrong sizes and styles which she chose,she came to take those and went to a lady who I thought was the manager and said something,that I am pretty sure she said she tried so many bras but didn't want any of them"!! It was really rude and I didn't like to be judged at all.First I decided to go to the manager and tell her that she brought all the wrong sizes and styles

so awful!!! the ladies accused me and my friend of stealing when we clearly weren't. kicked my friend out of the store and yelled at both of us. my friend started crying cause she was traumatized. she felt upset for days! this store is awful and the ladies r so rude and mean. do not go here unless you feel like being screamed at and kicked out for no reason

The woman made me strip search after accusing me of stealing when I wasnt. Wouldnt let my friend leave until she fully showed her chest to the woman despite clearly not having anything on her.We left feeling extremely violated and upset.As well as making us take our clothes off for no reason at all she also continuously raised her voice at us and kept yelling at us to leave the changerooms even though we had taken nothing and it had been proven when they looked through our bags and checked on us.We simply wanted to shop for some bodysuits and instead were belittled and left completely mortified. I would never recommend shopping in this store.

Best assortment, that is consistantly updated with new colours and designs, of sexy lingerie and everyday bras & thongs. I love the fit and colour selection. I will go in at 8:55pm and walk out with something sexy in 5 minutes. Very good customer service! Every week they have something new and exciting to take home.

I went here the other day and associates actually greeted me and let me know the current promotions. I stopped going to the one at Metrotown because of the severe lack of customer service. This location is so clean and friendly! I'd be happy to get on the skytrain to shop at a location where the associates and managers actually pay attention to their customers over going to a location in the same mall I work in. The service at Metrotown was THAT BAD.

I was in there on June 5th and I hate shopping for bras! The customer service was amazing. All the girls were so helpful, especially Alex. I tried on so many and I was starting to feel bad that they had to put them all away! but they reassured me that that was their job and they were there to help! I will definitely go back!

I’ve worked and been shopping at this location for years and have always had an enjoyable experience each and every time. However every time I walk Into this location now I get consistently harassed by the new store manager the company hired which makes me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome when shopping and would appreciate to be given space.

My sister was in this location yesterday and one of the cashiers consistently pushed a bra on her that she didn’t want to buy in the first place. When someone says no to buying something you don’t just stand there and look at them you take it off. This bad customer service is what’s going to drive people away from this location.

The employees don't really know how to size a person for a good fitting bra and continued to sell my daughter the wrong cup size. They don't care as long as they get a sale. Won't be shopping there anymore.

Very pushy staff. They are more concerned about making a sale than satisfying a customer. I couldnt even shop around and look at the sales they started to push me the merchandise that wasnt on sale. They mix up sale items and regular price to confuse you.If they see you are interested in the sale they wont help you as much. I understand they work by commission but customers want to feel good with their shopping and come back.
