Poor management, irresponsible superintendent. Also, there are thieves in this building. Seen a child vacuuming lobby (child labour!). Do not recommend this place.

My name is Deborah . I am a new tenant at 3311 Bathurst Street. I wanted to write you in regards to Agnes Aquino. I wanted to acknowledge her great care towards me and my husband. We have always leaved in a house and was unsure if we wanted to try this alternative. We couldn't be happier . We just love the unit and the area as well. Agnes has been very helpful with us and we appreciate all her help. I wanted her to be acknowledged for her work and care. I know how important it is to be acknowledged and felt that I should do the same for Agnes. She's lovely and truly an asset to the establishment.Thank you for your time today!

To start with the renting price is extremely high. With high pricing in rent you would at least expect your money to go into renovations and improving the quality of the apartment, but the company simply does not do so. For example elevator wasn’t working very often. The company does not value its customers/tenants feedback and concerns as there are always constant petitions being started by tenants to stop rent increase.The Apartment complex in general is acceptable in terms of the tenants who are good folks, however the management is not handled professionally. The property manager will also attempt to avoid picking up phone calls and you’ll have to try using another number to get her attention. I have also witnessed the property manager on the phone having relaxing conversations with friends in her native language while on the job. This is very unprofessional as this will keep the line busy and there may be tenants who may need to call for assistance in regards property issues. This is unfair and disgraceful as there are folk who work hard with integrity to provide service to there tenants in comparison to the property manger who look for excuses to not to properly perform her duties. I have also had her barge into my home few times. The building is in need for renovations with the basement as there are awful scents being emitted from the pipes and the garbage would pile up. The garage also needs to be cleaned and renovated but hasn’t been in months. The walls are all broken and there are holes everywhere. The building stair cases also have stains of bodily fluids from either people or pets. When there are renovations being done, tenants on that floor should be informed by the manager so they’re knowledge of what’s going on. After all they’re paying EXTREMELY HIGH Rent prices. It ridiculous to charge $2,000 for a 1 bed room unit.
