I have been in many fields where property managers are involved and Bill is too extraordinary, he is very knowledgeable, responsive, and more importantly takes accountability for every situation.He even went out of his way to deal with situations I needed assistance with the tenent. The common area mail box replaced in my building, I was not being noticed and this change make my mail box not work. I did not even know who replace the mail box, no any Cloe of contact information of the party who did the change.I am asking cie team for support,However my request was closed without resolve, I end up ask lock Smith help to resolve the issue myself.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Lisa and Samantha at CIE in Milton. I can't say enough about how wonderful this management company has been in responding and answering my questions & concerns. I have had other condo management companies that were very incompetent and didn't care about their clients. I have been workingwith Lisa about a condo unit I recently purchased in Georgetown and she has been absolutely amazing. Very efficient and knowledgeable. I look forward to dealing with CIE in the future.

Having lived in HCC 207 for just over 6 years, it seem that we always have the same concerns. Lisa Wilson was no help and Gus seems about the same.For years we have had a problem with parking. Some residents feel it is okay to park wherever they like.For example, there is a silver Hyundai (I believe attached to suite 707) usually parked in the visitor parking areas, there is also a black Dodge pick-up parking in the visitor parking area (I think his parents might live in the building) and for about 6 - 8 months has been parked on the visitor lot.The property manager was here today and some garbage on the visitor lot is still there. I have sent Gus 2 - 3 emails to get the parking issue cleared up but it seems that nobody at CIE will do anything about this problem.

Bill is always available to answer any property related questions that we have, respond to emails in a timely manner, extremely supportive and very informative. If he is not able to assist he would refer to someone who is able to resolve our issues.Juliet and Joseph
