Express Car Rental

Not sure what’s up with this place. I called to book a car and one was available. I am 5 minutes away. The place closes at 12 PM and there were cars available but they were not interested in doing business as the person wanted to go home early…and was very rude about it

Aggressive and unprofessional staff... Worst experience dealing with him this morning, he pushed our business away and said '' I don't care how long you need to be here, Im not here to help anyone today"

Rude staff… definitely not worth doing business with. I would recommend dealing with any other dealership

What a bunch of crooks. They have a few judgments against them fo over charging peoples credit card at the brampton small claims court. Stay away!!!

Extremely unprofessional staff, I asked them a simple question and the guy on the phone just could not navigate himself to speak nicely or even answer the question at hand for that matter. I don't understand why people get jobs if they would rather be anywhere in the world but there doing their job, quit then, if it's so impossible to converse like a human being. You're in customer service for heaven's sake.

We went today to rent an SUV for our trip, and this fool cancels our rental and says “not my problem if you guys need this car, I decided to close early today”This is the worst rental company I have ever dealt with. Screwed us over on the morning of our trip. I DO NOT recommend. The most selfish, unreliable people.

Great customer service! I just happened to stumble upon this place and the gentleman that I dealt with today was so personable and helpful. On top of that, they have great and competitive rates. I've found my new car rental place! Thanks-it's nice to deal with a company who greets you with a smile, is helpful and doesn't cost you an arm and a leg.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. I got a parking ticket and since the fare inspector never gave me the ticket, they sent it straight to Express, who charged me another $60 on top of the $30 ticket. Then since I never got the first ticket, I didn't realize that I wasn't allowed to be stopped in that spot, so the next day I got another ticket, which was also sent straight to Express, who charged me ANOTHER $60 on top of that $30. When I contacted the fare inspection representatives, they said that since Express had already charged my account, I wasn't allowed to appeal to the court (I can only appeal before paying).... So I essentially got charged $180 in total for what should have just been a single $30 ticket. It's partially the fare inspector's fault for not handing me the ticket in person, but Express Car Rental doesn't let you know if you've gotten a ticket, they just pay it off and then charge you double on top of the cost of the ticket without telling you. I called several times and they just blew me off every time saying that that was their policy. EXPRESS CAR RENTAL IS THE WORST CAR RENTAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. On top of that they have hidden charges for driving over the milage that they've budgeted you with. Never making the mistake of renting from this company again.

This is by far the worst company I have dealt with. the customer service is awful. I had made and confirmed a reservation to rent a car with them - they cancelled my reservation, took my deposit, and told me it’s not their problem. I have not seen anything like this before.

Whoever picked up on Saturday morning (the 14th) is the most condescending person I have ever dealt with. He is extremely rude and showed 0 interest in helping us find a car. We were very polite and only wanted to inquire about a car for the day but he only pushed us far away from the business.
