Awful customer service, we went to pick up some t-shirts and the lady that was attending was terrible she didn’t know anything, we were asking why the work was like that and she said, first able I didn’t do the work and I am not the person to explain, if you want more information come tomorrow, her mask was on cover her nose. She is just incompetent and they damaged one t-shirt. And we call to the shop for complain and she says that she is the manager. Time that happen was September 14 at 11:00

Great service, embroidery done on 2 kids hats were quick and well done

Although they stay open pretty late, this is a franchise and I arrived at 8:45pm as the other Lids locations were either closed or short staff in Ottawa. A gentleman was getting around 20 custom hats made and would have been finished around 9:10pm as they were small prints. I asked for a custom hat and the lady said she would not be able to help me out because it would put her into overtime. Now it being a franchise as stated above, when a customer walks in before the closing time, you aren’t obligated to help them after but most franchises will stay close but anyone in the store will get helped out. I was pretty upset as I drove from Barrhaven to this mall in QC just to receive a custom hat.I did end up buying the hat, but I could have just bought one anywhere else, I came for a custom when with the logo ready and everything. She offered me to come back the next day but I wouldn’t be driving back to QC, I’d go to the Rideau or Tanger Outlet location. So if you are the owner of this business, customers have been turned away and ended u going to another location.

Great quality and lots of variety if I wore a hat.

Employee was extremely rude. She refused to follow the price policy that Quebec has. She yelled at me that the policy is to just change the price to the price listed and not a further 10$ off. She yelled and rolled her eyes at me. I said nothing. I work in customer service and know what it's like.Employee était super bête. Refusé de suivi la politique d'exactitude de prix. Jamais que j'ai un service de clientèle aussi mal que ça. Elle me crié après.

Great selection,many different style and very open for special order

I’d like to share how stereotypical quebecers are to always think to answer in English.Quebecers are so strongly afraid to loose their French language then they should serve first n their own language then use another!!I was raised in Gatineau and always insulting to be talked to in EnglishToday at lids her excuse was too many Ontarians came today!! Wow !!
