We had a complex multi stage move and other than a minor glitch which was corrected quickly and fairly everything on our 4500 km move went off without a hitch. Our specialist was professional and quick to respond.

We received the Pup as indicated however, we paid for a lock that was not left with the unit, only a bar but no lock.

Pups was actually the cheapest place I could find and were very easy to deal with , and you don't have to give a months notice to leave either all I had to do was call at least 24 hrs before my billing cycle to let them know that I've emptied my Locker .

Everyone I dealt with was super professional, courteous and helpful. The customer service was impeccable and the driver dropping off and picking up the container was processional and polite, in and out with speed and no disruption. They were on time and were able to navigate a tricky property with ease. Would use again
