Was waiting about 30 mins in line, didn't move anywhere. My 4 year old daughter had to use the washroom, so we asked the lady if there's a washroom she could use and she said No

This is the worst financial institution. The customer service is horrible. They lie to cover their mistakes, rather than finding solutions. They don't care about people. Shame on you for destroying people's lives! They don't even deserve one star. I'd give a zero if I could.

UPDATE - after 3 calls to and from the bank -my credit score was restored. I will stay with the bank. Follow through is so important and they delivered. It was very inconvenient but in the end, this issue was resolved.Been with this bank for 20 years perfect history of payments. Dinged my credit over 77 cents of interest charged after I paidOff the small balance my line of credit. They will not reverse. Bad business. The response to this review makes no sense. I am not upset about being charged fees or interest. I am upset because vancity charged 77 cents of interest after I paid the balance and did not notify me and then proceeded to report a delinquent missed payment to the credit bureau and tarnish my perfect credit for the 77 cents. And you say call? I was on the phone with 3 people today who basically said sorry we cant do anything. Not sure what you think calling again will do. I think a courtesy call for people like me would be nice especially vancity wants to ruin credit over 77 cents. If you want a bank thst does not care about the repercussions of thier indiscretion and lack of consideration for hard work in maintaining a perfect credit score....bank with vancity lol.

I went to pay MSP bill like I normally do. There's a young cashier that I never had a problem with among some other ones that are polite and professional.I don't mind waiting in line either so I was fine with the wait. I got called by a cashier I have never seen. Asked for ID which I questioned . Gave her my account number, my debit card then my id. She told me that she has been in banking for 12 yrs and seen many scammers. What I minded was that she could not pay my bill and was having difficulty and I had to wait. She caught my regular young teller coming from break and asked him for help. She told me that I could pay it online and argued with me about it.Wow I found this teller to be rude and argumentative, instead of helping me telling me that I shouldn't have the choice to go to my bank to pay a bill.I have been banking at Vancity since 1990 . I never have a problem with my branch in Mission or go to Chilliwack when I work there. Live in Abbotsford so find it convenient to use this one but no more!

Been banking here since a teenager. I’m a fan of credit unions and what they do for the community and the lower transactional fees (if any) they have for their customers. My only complaint is the long lines when the ladies at the front could use either a red bull or some more pep in their step. It’s slow, and they take their sweet old time, but they are professional and polite and remember you.

Every time I go into this bank.. There's a lineup. Nowa days with the banks making so much money customer service aould be #1 with getting people on their way. Or just put some couches and have beverages served with a viewing of a movie whilst you wait.

Had an issue with a teller here on my first visit that was either unaware or unwilling to follow Vancity protocol however the manager (I believe manager) came out and assisted me. I was received a follow up call from a gentleman from Vancity head office that apologized and was very nice. Just had my second visit to this location and had an overall good experience. I was hoping to see the manager from the first visit to thank her for her help and make sure thr gentleman from head office relayed that I was very happy with her during my first visit it was the teller that was the issue

Very DISREPCTFUL Staff member from i heard today.I will be talking to the manager about that individual. how dare anyone act like that around a 3 year old! Apprently it was something that had to do with NOTHING SHE HAS TO DO THEN BENK TELLIN! Where is a negative star to highlight
