Thank you Steve's auto team.... great service from everyone... I love the notice/approval system for any unexpected work. Car service is no fun really but I'm always happy to see the smiling faces at Steve's.

Never been disappointed in the service I’ve received at Steve’s! Always friendly when I walk in and my vehicles are worked on quickly and efficiently. I also really appreciate the texting system - it makes my life easier being able to review and approve the needed maintenance without the phone tag. I always recommend Steve’s to friends + family!

All I wanted was a diagnosis and a quote for the work. They acted like this was unheard of but they proceeded to book me the next day and do it. I came back and they looked at my car and told me what was wrong with it. Then they handed me a $70 bill for that. They did not tell me there was any fee involved with this work, they don't have signs like a fast food restaurant. My regular mechanic never chages for this. So even though they quoted less then my regular they didn't get my business for this work. This is almost criminal. If you have any inkling that mechanics are shady, it's Steve's Automotive in Woodstock giving them this reputation.

I am new to the area, and I drive an older car, so I tend to be very picky about who I let touch it. Normally I would drive to a specialty shop in Brampton, but I decided to stop in and see this place because its close by and very neat and tidy looking from outside. I drove by the open shop bay door and could see that the entire shop was clean and organised, so i went inside to get a better look. I was greeted by staff at the desk immediately and had an appointment booked and a ride home from dropping off my car if i needed it the day of my appointment. the day of my work i was sent a text of the car on the hoist being worked on and the technician showed me a picture of what i guessed but he confirmed was wrong and an estimate of the time and cost to fix the problem. I WISH it was this easy to get things done everywhere else. I am very happy and will be bringing my car here from now on.

First time using Steve's automotive and very happy with the service, as they swapped my tires , tpms sensors onto my aftermarket rims. Definitely recommend

Ryan is very professional, he was punctual and knowledgeable.Honest and explains the work he had done and the work that I require with my next visit. These guys are amazing! Our tow truck driver recommended them, called ahead to let them know we were coming, and Steve’s replaced our alternator in just a few hours! We were a long way from home and a long way from our destination, so we were sunk if not for their desire to make stranded travelers a priority. If we lived nearby, we would be regular customers!
