The ONLY place I will have my vehicle serviced is Voisin’s! Not only is Voisin’s fairly priced, I also know I can trust them. The service attendants and mechanics are professional and will fit you in based on your need. At Voisin’s I feel comfortable, more than any other mechanic I’ve ever visited. I know the suggestions they make for my vehicle are fair, and only will they say anything if they truly believe it’s needed. As a company I appreciate their honesty and will absolutely be a life long customer.

I have been getting my truck serviced here last couple years and I can say the service has been phenomenal. Now I purchased a truck from here and I have to say. the sales team was everything I could have asked for, amazing. I've been telling others and will continue to do so. If my trucks need something, this is the place they will go. I've had some unpleasant experiences at other Chrysler's and now won't go anywhere else but voisins

Amazing customer service all around. They investigate my concerns with thoroughness, do not try to upsell, and treat me with respect. Would recommend anyone to go here.

They have a hard time getting the right engine oil filter for your vehicle. They do this for a living and still can’t get it right. Very disappointing!

Parts and service at this location are great! The mechanics do a good job and the dealership prices are very competitive.I would give it 5 stars but I had one of the sales team turn me off from buying a truck from the location a while back. It’s hard to say if he still works there or not though.

I was looking to update my work truck with a Ram Promaster. Sales team at Voisin was great, the owner was awesome. And was there to help and answer any question, But Kim deserves 6 stars herself. Great experience, will be buying next truck here too.

I just had my Jeep serviced and once again excellent customer service! I called and they serviced my Jeep next day. They are willing to explain the service needed and are always very professional. I would recommend Voisin Chrysler to everyone.

Voisins rebuilt our 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan's transmission on November 13, 2017; the van had approximately 101,500 kms on it - the transmission warranty ran out 1,500 km prior to the breakdown. They charged us $3,482.39 for this rebuild and never gave us any other options for repair. We trusted them to provide us with the best repair option, or multiple options. Since there was only one option given to us, we allowed them to proceed with the transmission rebuild. 3 months later, our transmission was leaking. We took it back to Voisins. They told us we had hit a curb, which we had not, and that was what caused the leak. We took the vehicle back to our usual mechanic that we trust, who informed us that we had not hit a curb (which we knew) but that the dent causing the leak was likely from a hoist. Our mechanic called Voisins on our behalf to inform them of this, but Voisins maintained their position, wouldn't help us and charged us approximately $60 for putting our van on the hoist to inform us of this. We proceeded to have our other mechanic repair the leak, and kept the documentation as proof. On December 20, 2018 (approx. 140,000 KM) we were informed by the Dodge dealership in Arthur, ON that our vehicle needed an entirely new transmission or another rebuild, totaling over $5000.00. We called Voisins to inform them that just over 1 year and 1 month following their rebuild of our transmission that it needed to be replaced. They informed us that they used after market parts (not dodge) to rebuild our transmission, even though they never informed us they were doing this. Since they didn't use Dodge parts to rebuild the transmission, and because they hadn't repaired the leak themselves, they would not provide us with any assistance. They have been extremely rude to us and have provided no assistance. Multiple dealerships have told us this should not have happened. I would not recommend working with Voisins for purchases or repairs if you would like supportive customer service or reliable repairs.Update: I spoke to the owner after his response to this review and clarified that we had spoken with the service department on three different occasions trying to get help. He stated he was aware of the situation and that it is what it is.
