Royal Canadian Legion Branch 6

I was a Dedicated Member of this Organization but never was given any Respect by anyone for being a Member and that included the Organization itself so I gave up ever going there.

We were part of hosting a community event. There was such a show of support from the community and alot of volunteer work was put in so that all money raised could be put back into the community. It was fun and rewarding to be a part of. Taking the children around the block with the BV 206 (an all terrain, amphibious vehicle) was a blast for the kids as well as the local traffic who all honked and waved their support. Even a cpl local firefighters were excited to ask questions and have a ride too. There was a tank crushing and alot of veterans and collectors put effort into getting their vehicles and prized/rare equipment for all to see from various eras of the military, foreign as well as North American. Thank you to the legion for supplying us breakfast but most of all for your tireless efforts and success in bringing community together in supporting those in need. We as a nation thank you.

Our gang was there last night to see Elvis! Wanted to thank Caitlyn and her colleagues for the fantastic service and attentiveness. It got busy and they managed quite well. Also a shout out to the kitchen for the tasty eats. All in all a solid experience . Thanks to everyone !!

Very entertaining show. Hard to see all due to heads taller than ours so missed a lot. But what we did see was totally awesome!
