Experienced a very pleasant customer service. But scan and copy service is just way too pricey. If you have a lot of paper work to do, buy an all in one printer will be more cost effective.

I was so impressed with Kelly for not only following up with me a few times, which was totally MY fault because I had sent unclear instructions on what I needed photocopied (same day, I might add), but also for her efficiency, professionalism and just taking the time to get it right. I have had positive experiences with one of the employees at Oak Bay Copy Centre but repeated negative experiences with the owner. To the owner: I am used to customer service involving friendliness and an attitude of openness and adaptability to the customer's needs. Your employee has always treated me this way. However, every interaction I've had with you has involved some degree of unpleasantness and pushback. It has felt, consistently, that you are dissatisfied with the simple, standard, straight-forward orders I am making. As your customer, I want to let you know that your demeanour is off-putting and has caused me to look for copying elsewhere. If I could advise you simply: follow the lead of your employee — she is easygoing, pleasant, understanding, friendly, and has never once complained or grumbled when I've come in to make a basic printing or copying order.
