Lacking professionalism and business etiquette. We were given a figure as a quote and some how the bill came in 35% over. When we questioned this, we were basically ignored. We were billed for three separate machines running for 8 hours a day, but with only one operator on site for no more then 7 hours a day, how is that possible? Not to mention being told the operator wouldn’t be on site until later in the day because of a small job elsewhere in the morning, yet on the final bill it stated 8 hours. The physical work done was acceptable, but the lack of honesty outweighs that. Will not be using again and will not recommend to others.
