he service is really bad and horrible. At beginning, we made an appointment, saying deposits the car there in the morning and will pick up the car in the afternoon. Just before the 4 pm that afternoon, the receptionist call me and told me they can’t change the wind shield because there is a crack in the new one. I believed without any doubt. Then we made a new appointment for next week. At second appointment, I put car there at 1:00 and receptionist told me you can pickup the car before 4 pm. Again, 3:30, the guy called me and said the Brossard infinity send wrong wind shield. Mine is without camera while they send one with camera. They can’t install it. God, why you don’t check it right after you receive it. Why you let me come and leave the car there twice and has no new window installed. The guy just complain the supplier made mistake. But for me, it is the Lebeau gave terrible service. I will never come back. And I will let all my friends not come here.I gave 1 star just because no 0 star.

Excellent service and attention to detail. They made sure I had an original part and that everything was correctly calibrated. And I didn't have to do anything with my insurance, they took care of this as well. They even offered a shuttle service. Many thanks for a great job.
