I have been having a lot of trouble with my knee. John at Innovative Medical Supplies was able to get me in quickly and directed me Jill to get me fitted with a knee brace. Jill was awesome and so helpful, she let me try on several different braces to see what would work best for me, and we found one that worked! John and Jill were super friendly and helpful I would highly recommend both of them. I would definetly utilize the services at Innovative Medical Supplies in the future. Great place, great people!

I called to ask about a rental and they said yes we have one available and that was it. So quick and courteous and reasonable too . What a lovely surprise ! We will be using this store always. I would give this establishment more than 5 stars but unfortunately it will not let me. Anyway , it is worth the trip and in my opinion at least a 20 star .

Very polite staff, very clean store. Follows all covid safety measures.I went in for a boot fitting, I was greeted the second I entered and the moment the staff finished with her first customer she came to help me, and like i said, very friendly.

I recently fractured my ankle during the snow storm, it was a really scary for me. I went in today for air cast and the young woman working was very kind, professional, and she is also very knowledgeable! She made the experience very comfortable for me very positive! Thank you!

After being in hospital for over a month, it was great to be able to set up all of the equipment I would need for going home with just one phone call. Very polite, helpful and friendly. And decent parking, which comes in handy when you have a broken leg and are picking up walking aides.

Staff are knowledgeable and professional. Facility is easy to get to. Street parking or lot on side. They've also come to our hospital unit before to do fittings for staff for compression stockings.

Staff is always friendly. Everything is neat and easy to find. The clinic is very clean and they have the best athletic therapist in winnipeg.
