Patrick was incredible in providing exactly what we asked for in an engagement ring. He worked hard with us in the design phase and supported us in the selection of just the right diamond (which involved significant work). I appreciate his knowledge, patience, and customer service.The ring turned out beautiful and his turnaround, once we had made our decisions, was very quick. We will be returning to him for our wedding rings.I happily recommend him to anyone who is interested in having a one-of-a-kind piece of art made.

We walked into Casanova with a vintage engagement ring that needed to be resized and could not be more pleased with the service we received. Emily was incredibly kind, patient and professional and got the ring done in record time.We were so impressed that when we decided to make my wedding band from my grandmothers bracelet we returned to Casanova and are thrilled with the results.I would highly recommend Casanova Jewellers!

This jeweller is amazing. Went in to get my wedding ring resized and re-plated and it was done within the day and cost under $200. I think I was help by the owner and he was nice and very helpful. Will definitely see them in the future for custom designed jewelry or restoration.

Ralph Tober is an absolute gem craftsman and metalsmith. We had three wedding bands custom designed for us, as well as some rings sized and cleaned. Stellar service, he was so patient throughout the comprehensive design process, and showcased a real passion for creating beautiful pieces. He will be our go-to for all our jewelry needs.

We had our engagement ring designed at Casanova Jewellers, and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Patrick offered insightful and informed input during the design process and was very patient with me while I tried to explain my vision! When the time came to have a wedding band made, he not only made it very quickly (as I left it to the last minute) but it complemented the unique shape of my engagement ring setting wonderfully. Patrick helped me designed a beautiful and unique diamond ring that is stunning! Every time I wear it I am wowed by it:)! He also spend a whole day helping me pick the best diamond in the same grade for the best value and qualify! This is something only specially trained eye can do! Highly recommend!!

After stopping at a couple of places in downtown to ask someone to check the claws on my ring and being told they don't look at anything they don't make, I decided to pop in to Casanova on my way home and was pleasantly surprised. My ring was looked at right away and they determined a minor repair was needed. They did it while I waited and cleaned my ring for me. The service was super friendly, professional and quick. I would be very happy to return for any more substantial work needed.
