This pharmacy used to be my go-to and I had great experiences here until today......I called a few days ago and spoke to a lady about booking an appointment for covid and flu shots. She advised that appointments are not required and they now accept walk-ins. Walk-ins may need to wait 15-20 mins but we can come anytime during their business hours to get the shots done.Today, before we went, I called in again to confirm. The lady on the phone asked me to come at 2-4pm but I told her that the lady I spoke to said we can come anytime and that afternoon won't work for us. Then she said again about the waittime and I said no problem, we can be there in 15 mins or so.When we arrived, we were told that they don't do vaccination all day, only in the afternoon from 2-4pm. I asked how come I was misinformed on the phone. An Asian pharmacist abruptly interrupted the conversation and rudely said they don't do vaccination at this time. Her tonality was very unfriendly and rude. It's totally fine if they only do vaccination during a time frame but this info should've been communicated when I called in. The lady should've said something when I said we will be there in 15 mins. I am 8 months pregnant and I was taking my mom, a senior, to get the shots. Had I known the info at the time of the call, we wouldn't have wasted our time and effort and could've booked an appointment or gone to another pharmacy. The necessary info needs to be relayed properly and accurately when customers call in. The pharmacist's customer service skills need to be improved as well. Overall, it was NOT a pleasant experience today.

Went for a vaccination and the staff are extremely kind, personable and friendly. The pharmacist took time to explain everything and answered all my questions. Thanks Everwell!

I highly recommend this pharmacy! The service and customer care is excellent! The owner and pharmacist (Michelle) is so helpful and courteous. She's always so diligent in following up with customers. I'm glad to have Everwell pharmacy in my neighbourhood.

I live in the area and this is my regular pharmacy. I used to go to a large chain in Kerrisdale before this placed opened (I'll let you guess which), and I'm so glad I switched! The owner is a sweetheart, the overall service is good, and staff are very courteous. They stock some of my basics like Cerave face washes and goody hair ties, so it's nice to be able to grab those too. They even deliver my monthly prescriptions (I live very close)! If you live in the area please give these guys a try and support a local business instead! :)*crossposted from another platform
