I recently purchased a Classic Rylee table and accessories from Associated Billiards. The entire process from the table selection and pricing to delivery and set-up was exceptional! Bruce was knowledgeable and informative on the Legacy brand table and the options available. Very helpful; many suggestions; and absolutely no pressure.Jim and Tom were very courteous and accommodating when they delivered and set-up the table. Provided table care instructions; took their time to ensure a good job; cleaned up everything; and even a ‘test’ game to ensure the table was level!Overall an excellent business and people to deal with from start to finish including price and product quality. Can't say enough about the service. Such a great job done on our really old 1960's Celebrity table - re-clothed and assembled. Looks amazing! Most recently purchased a bench as well, and I couldn't be happier with their suggestions, patience, and the fact that it was in stock! Thank you!!!

They are honest, fair, and persons with integrity. Rare qualities in this day and age.Other retailers were only focused on showing high-priced pool tables on display (or pushing low quality tables) and closing the sale. However, at Associated Billiards, Thomas took the time to answer all my questions which allowed me to consider the pros and cons so that I could decide on a pool table that suited my lifestyle. As a result, it’s a win-win situation, I am a highly satisfied customer AND the business made a sale and has gained my loyalty. I plan to make all my future purchases with them and will recommend them to all my friends and associates.Also, they took care and time to install the pool table. Again, it provides me a peace-of-mind of not running into future issues due to improper set up. By using their own employees for installation (and not hiring third party installers/movers), it shows me that “it’s not just about the sale but good customer service as well”.If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

What an amazing experience we had purchasing a 12 ft shuffleboard from Bruce Paterson at Associated Billiard. The level of service and attention to detail were beyond our expectations. They really satisficed all our needs from buying, setting up delivery and install and even follow-up afterwards.Thomas and Will were so polite and detail oriented during the setup process I just can't say enough good things about the company and more importantly the individuals we dealt with. We purchased a Cimarron Pool Table in the Whisky Barrel finish. We added matching bar stools and a matching pool cue rack. Thomas was wonderful from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and the install was perfect.I love how the accessories match the finish of the table. We love our new pool table and would highly recommend Associated Billiards!!!

Just had our new pool table delivered and set up. This company is excellent to work with! Very professional, and the guys that were here setting up the table were very polite, meticulous in their work and took the time to go over everything with us. They are very deserving of 5 stars.

This place is the the only shop you should go for your billiards needs. Lee greeted me with respect and helped me through the process about 2 years ago.Finally had the place for a table and went back and she had hand written notes of my initial meeting with her.I was so I.pressed with the family owned mentality and no sales tactics I ordered my Legacy Ryan done nicely with Nutmeg finish, camel cloth and modern tapered legs.Both Thomas and Jim were awesome when they came to install the table and walked me through the care and sterling accessory kit.Would highly recommend this store to anyone who is in need of Billiard services.Sean

I had an installation on Wednesday. Right from the start I knew there was no concerns about the product or the time taken assembling the table. Both people answered my questions throughout the assembly of the table. They took their time and did not rush. They offered suggestions about placement as well care of the table afterwards. Truly from finding their ad on Kijiji to them cleaning up after the installation was done it was a great experience. I would highly recommend Associated Billiard to anyone in the market for a pool table.

Love my pool table. I ordered it just before Christmas and they came and installed it the following week. Their service and knowledge is excellent. And the price is very reasonable for the amazing quality they provide. I highly recommend this place for your next game room product.
