Terrible company! I have had several issues with my apartment and they have been extremely slow repairing any maintenance request. I have had several flooding issues which left my bedroom inhabitable and they couldn't care less and would not compensate me at all and took weeks to fix the issue on multiple occasions. While they market that they are a company that cares" about their tenants
