I booked an appointment for a facial with the owner earlier this morning. I waited and waited with no communication, there was no staff available to speak to sa the clinic. I waited past my appointment time thinking maybe he was running late.I received an email from the clinic (owner) which was not at all professional and just told me to rebook and that the clinicn is not open on Saturdays. Which the website does not state, as well as several open booking times.I am a super easy going person, but I don't appreciate how this was handled.

I’ve had facial spider veins and broken capillaries for a long time that needed heavy makeup to conceal. After receiving a series of five, V Beam laser treatments, I now wear only the sheerest of makeup tint to even out my skin tone. It’s a huge transformation. I have been a client with Dr. Amr Fathy for almost 3 years and its been an awesome journey. He is an expert in what he does and my visits have always been pleasant. He is professional in how he treats his clients. There have been few times when I missed scheduled appointments and he is very understanding, never charged me for them where as other places i know will charge you for missed appointments. Hair removal is a journey and he has always been very honest right from the start to clearly state that and not misguide for his own benefit. I recommend him to anyone looking for authentic laser services.

Had the spider veins done on my legs. Almost immediately I could see the results. The veins started to disappear. No post laser pain either. Within one hour I could see even greater results. Thank you, Michelle

Right then I book an appointment for consultation. I meet Dr. Fatty and he was very nice, professional and pleasant. He then recommended me to have 5 sessions of Hollywood laser treament to achieve the full result.. After a week from my first session, I started noticing some minor changes. My skin becomes more smoother, pores are decreasing in sizes, and acne’s starting to dry off.. Fastforward, after my 5th session, I can now visibly see its full result, acne free and much radiant skin. It increases my self confidence. Needless to say, I highly recommend bloom clinic. I believed that bloom clinic is one of the gold standard when it comes to skin laser treatment here in Halifax.

I went to see Dr.Fathy regarding hair removal from my back. He was knowledgeable and upfront about the results I could expect. I completed my 6 sessions and achieved the exact results he laid out(about 70%) I’m still doing subsequent sessions to get the percentage a bit higher and very pleased with the results. I first wanted to get this removed when I was younger and I am so glad I went through with it . It looks amazing no difference to the skin at all it’s just gone .I highly recommend this place if your looking to get a tattoo removed . Very quick , very professional . I wish I would have done it sooner .
