I recently purchased a Salsa gravel bike from Rock City Cycles and I can't even put into words how incredible my experience was there. My new bike day did not end how one would hope after it partially fell off my bike rack on the way home. I reached out to Kyra and the team at RCC and they were so kind and understanding. She advised me not to stress, bring the bike in and they'd do everything in their power to get me back on the road, and they did just that. They fit me into their busy schedule and I was picking up my Salsa a few days later, good as new.I truly can't recommend this shop enough. Whether it's a tune up, buying some new gear or buying a new bike, you're in good hands. THANK YOU ROCK CITY CYCLES!

I would rate 6 stars if I could!I was looking for a very specfic set of racing tires which are in very short supply and I had some questions. I contacted a dozen bike shops coast to coast and received the best service experience from Rock City Cycles.Corey was the quickest to respond, checking inventory and very knowledgeably answering my multiple emails in under a minute, even calling me to confirm shipping details. My order was time sensitive, and was delivered to the post office for shipping within an hour. Excellent service, above and beyond!

Edit: Shop has responded and is helping me submit a warranty claim. Overall could have been handled better (ex. staff member asking for help rather than repeating the same thing), however everyone makes mistakes and they took steps to correct this.Terrible customer service. Ordered a Wheels Manufacturing bottom bracket online, and today it broke. I called the store and was told bottom brackets do not have any warranty" before I had even told them what had broken

Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable. My regular shop closed down in 2022, I went to every shop in town back then to find a new shop, and RockCity quickly became my favorite.

Thanks to Rock City Cycles from Québec. I was looking for a specific 24'' mtb model for my son. Could not find it locally because everything was out of stock(covid). Started to look around on the internet, found Rock City Cycles had the bike in stock. Asked them if they could ship the bike, awnsered me very fast, had good communication with them via email. Transaction was complete the same day, the guys called me to confirm everything and there we go one week later the bike is here.Crazy good serviceThanks GuysRide on from QuebecCheersPhilippe

We were especially pleased with the products and service that we recieved from Rock City Cycles. After our bikes were stolen we needed new bike and they worked hard to replace our bikes quickly! This helped relieve the huge disappointment of lossing our bikes. A special thanks to Kyra who did everything to make our experience go smoothly and a few extras besides. Look forward to dealing with this crew again in the future.
