I have been coming to refinery for one year and each and every experience is above and beyond! I’ve been with Stephanie since the start and she is lovely. She goes above and beyond and makes me feel so fresh! My hair feels healthier than ever and she achieves my goal each time with lots of transparency and communication. I will never go anywhere else! The refinery house is so welcoming and warm. I’ve had to bring one of my kids on a few occasions and it’s been a safe space for them to be contained on my lap. It feels like family! Thanks Stephanie for taking care of my family and loving on my hair extra hard.

Like every other hair stylist in town it seems, they do not know how to cut curly hair. Very nice people and great service but if you have curly hair you will not leave with the haircut you asked for. I asked for a wolf cut and left with practically a bowl cut.

I started going here when Stephanie started working here. I love the atmosphere and the people. I have thin hair that I like super straight cut and it’s hard so we’ll but Stephanie is soooo good at it!

I saw Jasmin and absolutely loved the experience. She was so warm and welcoming, instantly made me feel comfortable. I showed her photos of what I was wanting and she really came through. The colour she did was absolutely perfect and I love it. I will definitely be back!!

I have very curly hair and went to see Abi who also has curly hair! She gave me the best cut and shape ever and really understands what having curly hair is all about. She is so kind and just a lovely human all around :-)

I have been shopping around for the over a year now for a new hair salon and I think this is it! Such a unique atmosphere and cool interior design. Tami from Brazil cut and styled my hair and did an awesome job. Absolutely love me new do! If you are looking for an experienced stylist than search no further, Tami is your gal! I’m definitely booking my next cut here ✂️

I saw Abigail for the first time and she is fantastic. She is so kind and amazing at doing hair. I wanted to go super blonde and she made my envision happen. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to get their hair done! 100/10 experience with her.

I love how approachable the refinery house is, I find myself instantly more relaxed when I come in for my appointment. Melissa has done my hair the last 3 appointments and she's amazing. She's done an incredible job and bringing to life the vision I came in with and is absolutely lovely! She also has a great read in knowing when I want to be chatty and when I want to get work done on my phone which I really appreciate. I would highly recommend coming her and Melissa in particular!
